Having two voices in your head is hard. Shin was pretty sure this was the definition of Schizophrenia too.
Was it pure vanity that he enjoyed talking to Shinja? Probably, but it was good to bounce ideas off of someone. He immediately became more focused and started to look at his dilemma in a much more constructive way.
"The chains are so tight on our hands that we can't possibly slip them off. Our feet don't touch the ground, so we are without any leverage to pull the chain from wherever it is secured at the top of this cave," Shinja said, a questioning tone in his voice.
