When I woke up this morning, I didn't see Luna or Finn anywhere. The computer was still open, I didn't know if she don't know how to turn it off or they were just in a hurry and forgot to turn it off.
Ms. Hera and Siege weren't at school also so I assume that they have an important thing to do.
But this is the worst time for them to be missing in action.
Yesterday when Luna ambush me, some students saw us and the news about us spread like a wildfire.
Luna's pretty popular in this school so the cold gazes that everyone gave me every time I walk around the hallway, was now added with jealousy.
It's actually pretty fun.
The atmosphere goes on until lunch. Right now I'm at the same spot at the corner of the cafeteria. But for some reason, I kept on grinning.
Last night, Luna told me some information about the world they came from.
Everything in their world depends on mana, it's their world source of power. From appliances, equipment to weapons all were powered by mana. It's also the reason why their natural resources were preserved.
It's exhilarating how I found out that, the Mana which is something you can only hear in fantasy magic stories and games, actually exists.
Even if the establishment was similar to the medieval period. The technology was much more advanced, although not as advanced as this world. She said that they even have devices similar to phones and cameras. Their technology might be similar to ours in the 18 hundreds.
I'm glad sure, that Luna told me all that, but I don't think she's the reason why I have this dry smile.
I checked my phone for some text but found nothing. They're probably busy, I should just eat
As I was about to move my spoon towards my mouth, someone slammed the table.
"You must have a nerve of steel to even attempt to swallow that," she said in a cold tone.
I'm not looking but my sixth sense tells me that this girl was not in a good mood.
Well, I expected this to happen if Siege or Ms. Hera went missing. Earlier in class, some group of my guy classmate keeps on provoking me. They started throwing papers. Kept on talking about things I don't want to hear, including how a certain girl abandoned me at the time when I needed her the most.
I'm not new to this kind of thing. When I started this school I'm pretty weird and quiet. So I attract bullies pretty easily. The principal often deals with it, but I doubt that he would now.
Well, I can bear with those guys, the only thing that worries me is this girl.
"What happened?" She says as he smirked. "Why did the almighty wanna be god froze all of the sudden? Something on your food? Did its taste disappear the moment it goes to your throat? I bet it is!"
My hand hung with the spoon in it, failed to make it to my mouth. The other students are surprised at how she can talk to me like this.
The girl opened his bottled water. "Come all of you, this guy is actually just a black ant that won't bite."
She tilted the bottle.
What is it gonna feel if you get drenched in water like those scenes in American schools you saw in movies?
She's gonna be satisfied to see powerless and can't ever resist. Which is going to be a problem for me?
I fling the bottle away. I started to eat.
The girl showed her displeasure and leave to sit with her friend.
I ate as fast as I could to exit the canteen.
Way to ruin my lunchtime. There's still about forty-five minutes before the class starts, I should go and hide before the other students get out.
As I stroll in the hallway, alone, I caught a glimpse of a girl eating on a bench shaded by the tree, near the stadium.
Anyone has their way to enjoy their meal, and hers' is brilliant. I should do the same next time.
I kept on walking until I reached the stairs and that is why I noticed the most stupid thing I could do.
"My phone."

I rushed to the cafeteria but paused after reaching the door
"Why do you think Luna's absent today? Do you think Anzai has something to do with it?"
"Yeah probably, some students said that they saw them arguing yesterday."
A group of students who always hang out with Luna was whispering.
All of the rumors I heard about until now were the same as this. But some exaggerated it and said that Finn and I abducted her. This is probably the same as those.
Since some statements add up to each other. They immediately conclude that I have something to do with his absence today.
I was planning on ignoring them and enter the cafeteria but all of a sudden they laugh.
"Seriously! After all the warning we gave her!"
"What a bitch! Did she want to get a boyfriend that badly!?
"Do you think she confessed to him?!"
"Maybe, and knowing that scum's attitude he probably said harsh things to her that's why they fight!"
"It would be better if Anzai did something horrible to her. To teach her a lesson for having such a plastic attitude." They said.
They continued Laughing and saying harsh things towards her.
One perk of going to school is your going to met lots of people with their own difference. Learning academics aren't just the only thing you'll get from going to school. One thing you'll learn is to learn how to examine people better. Most especially how to find the flaws of someone they are jealous to.
In Luna's case, anyone who already has that skill can determine her hidden hatred towards us humans. Even though they interpreted it in a different way, what they think of her is just as worst or even more.
"Hey! You shouldn't say something like that to her? Aren't you girls her friends?"
"But it's the truth you know. She's always looking at Anzai and even stalk him."
One of the boys defended Luna but the girl stick on her claim.
"Seriously! Luna's doing that?"
Then the other boy who's with the one who defended Luna said in surprise.
"But even so, saying that to your friend behind her back was rude."
"You're just saying that because it's Luna, but I bet you'll sympathize with us if it's another girl. And your mistaken, she's not our friend, she just happened to hang out with us that's all."
I see. So that's how it is.
They're all just fawning over her for the sake of their own popularity. Sticking with a beautiful girl that's currently the fantasies of everyone will also benefit their social status as her friend. Just like a TV commercial.
"Honestly, after everything, we did to warn her and the nice things we did for her so she won't fall for Anzai's devious charms. Still, in the end, she did." She said then the other girls around her giggled
Using the part of a good Samaritan for her, to make herself look good.
The two boys who were talking to them earlier, had been defeated by what the girls said. Walk towards the nearby table to eat their lunch.
"Anzai may have the looks but he's the last person I wanted to date."She said loudly. "Right? Zephy?"
"Huh?" The said in confusion. "Well we all can't lie that we did have a crush on him before, we always talked about him right?"
"Wait! Zephy!" the other girls laughed at her. Her cheeks reddened in embarrassment.
Somehow, I felt relieved that there was actually one girl whose defending Luna.
"Your not the only one, I did too. So as our school's princess. Remember how close they are, I thought they're going to get married but the moment she realized what that guy really is, she dumped him without hesitation." She said.
"Zephy, don't talk too loud he might hear you."
The girl warned her.
I turned my back and started walking away.
"I don't care he's going to prison anyway."
My hands are placed in the pockets of my uniform, I walked to the same hallway but head towards that girl I saw earlier.
She looked up and surprised herself. "Anzai?" She said.
This girl is Kirsten Canete. Even though e already knew each other, I felt awkward now. It's probably the side effect of me being a shut-in for too long.
She put aside her lunch box and stand. "Can I help you?" she enthusiastically said.
"Actually, Um... can you get my phone? I left it on the table in the cafeteria. But..."
"O- Okay," she said.
She runs in the direction of the cafeteria.
Meanwhile, I sat down on the bench.
I'm going to prison huh?
I always expected that it will come someday. I'm actually surprised how I managed to stay in the outside for long.
Well, I guess I need to make my move.
