BOOM!
I heard a loud pitched explosion from behind me. The sound pierced through my ears making me unable to hear a single thing.
I turned my head around and looked to the palace, most of it was gone, the explosion had come from the side of the palace where we all were staying.
Zaugustus, Ryker, Theo and guards ran towards the palace getting passed me in a hurry. I couldn't bring myself to move, my heart was beating so loud in my chest.
My eyes were breaking with tears, because as everyone was outside for the naming ceremony, Sly had gone to his room with one of the children in his arms. They were in the palace when it collapsed.
My hands went cold, fear ran its hands down my spine, the thought of the merman and the little one.
Scared, I ran towards the building. I had to find him and the child. My feet moved very fast reaching the unstable palace, my eyes desperately searched around for them.
