I DID IT WITH HINA!
I crossed a line that I never should have. A line that marked that I was no longer a kid. A line that meant that I was a man now. But, for it to happen like this! And that too, a corrupted, weak, and defenseless girl, who I swore to protect, instead of watching out for her, I preyed upon her, like a wild predator, and mercilessly wounded her with my fangs. If knocking her out wasn't enough, then this surely will be.
But...This wasn't something that I had in mind. I never thought I'd do it under these circumstances. But things happen. But why? Why did I do it? For all I remember, one moment I was under control, and the next moment, I blacked out, from that immense pain I had behind my head. And then, only to wake up and find out that...

I was supposed to be with her till the end, yet I was the one who abandoned her! Just because I was a little too impatient and persistent, in order to quench my thirst! My thirst for finding a solution and saving her. I was a little too angsty, and left her alone, only to be consumed by the poisonous venom. A poisonous venom that succumbed her into a world without any hope, and sense of direction! I was under the pretense that everything was fine. But, what was it that I was trying to accomplish?

There it is, again! Sharp pain at the back of my head! I can't...Everything's turning bla....!
Where...Where am I?
What's with this place? It's pitch black! And filled with an eerie vibe! I can't sense anything! My body's gone cold! I...I can't feel anything! And this place, everywhere I look around, there doesn't seem to be an entry or an exit! My senses, they're fading away. I can't...I can't understand anything, anymore.
It's as if...I'm drifting...drifting into an abyss of jet black darkness. I could feel something entering my body, through my veins. I can't understand these feelings properly! Is this the end? Am I going to fade away? Will everything end like this?!
AH! It's so quiet, and peaceful. I feel like I can rest here forever!
"Hehe! Unfortunately for you...that won't do!"
Oh, so I've started to hallucinate stuff! I can hear a voice! It had a subtle yet powerful aura, even if it didn't mention much!
"Oh, don't worry. You're not hallucinating. It's real!"
Huh? A voice! I woke up from that trans and started looking for the voice.
"Where are you? I can't see you. Show yourself!"
"What do you mean you can't see me? That's mean! You should've known me by now!"
A jet black orb started to take all the dark stardust and what resulted was the body of a human.
"I am everywhere, and yet I'm nowhere!"

"Welcome, Naofumi!"

"Well, this is a first, seeing you so energetic for the first time in a long while."

The orb had finally finished transforming, and what happened next was something I had never imagined in my wildest of dreams. The orb bore my face, just with a more menacing aura!
"I AM YOU!"
"What? You're me? I'm you? That implication doesn't make any sense. Are you sure you got the right person?"
"Pathetic! You can stop trying to act dumb. I told you right, I've been with you for the longest of times! I know you pretty well. In fact, all too well, that I sometimes feel arrogant and turn ignorant to the trivial details!"

"Yes!"
"Then let's have a test!"
"Please yourself, if you may."

"Ah! Before you start sputtering out some nonsense, let me make this clear. Don't try to ask anything ridiculous such as favorite food, color, or anything of that kind. It's just a waste of time because truthfully speaking, we both know that you don't have a thing called favorite."

And the most important part, you said that you're me. All of these sudden circumstances have already kept me occupied, and I'm barely able to get a hold of myself. So, don't expect anything more than this!"
"Huff! I thought you wouldn't have been the least bit amused but seems like I was wrong. Have I overestimated you? Or is it...perhaps...have a grown out a heart lately?"
"Things happened...And right now, I'm more human than I have ever been."
