Rein was standing just before the beast, avoiding the last swing from the axe he hopped off from the ground and grabbed the anomality from his jaw with his right arm forcing him onto his knees, his axe left his hand, falling on the ground.
The observers which at this point were Vilson, Lark and Nord, Heath was still unconscious.
The onlookers were surprised to see the catastrophe on his knees.
"Sir Vilson", said a voice from behind Vilson.
Vilson turned around only to find out that it was Rika who had come searching for him.
"What is happening?", she questioned as she saw the beast on his knees.
"Who is that person?", she added.
"I don't..... know!" replied Vilson turning back again to see the outcome of the deadly combat.
The sun was rising higher every second.
The beast wiggled, in Rein's death grip. He tried to break Rein's dominating arm with his extraordinary grip strength, but Rein stood firm rejection to sway even in the slightest.
He tried to reach his face to gauge out his eyes, but Rein pinned down the beast's right claw with his left arm.
At this point Rein was overwhelming the giant even in terms of strength.
Rein's eyes turned pure black as if being hollow, within them the giant could see an abyss of unprecedented darkness, the surrounding air became heavier, the gravity of ground started to fluctuate.
"What the hell is that!!" exclaimed Lark.
To the people on standby Rein along with the beast appeared to be glitching, it was as if they were looking at a broken video game.
The anomality started to struggle even more, his eyes reflected terror as if being sure of certain demise.
"Soul extraction", said Rein with a stone-cold voice.
The anomality's body stated to resonate fiercely, the ground below started to shake. The debris surrounding the two were set afloat as if rejecting the laws of nature.
People watching the scene could feel great repulsion, shivers went down their spine.
"What the happening!", exclaimed Rika.
"It is getting difficult to breathe", said Nord.
"Hurry up Rein, the sun is rising", said penguin, standing on Rein's shoulder.
With a sudden high pitched sound wave which made the onlookers close their ears with their hands, the beast's struggle ceased. His arms fell strengthless hitting the ground simultaneously. The color of his blue eyes faded and he fell to the ground in a forward motion as soon as rein loosened his grip.
The sun's rays fell on Rein as he stumbled onto his knees and then eventually hit the ground in a sitting posture.
He opened his palm wiggling his fingers as faint lightning sparks buzzed from his fingers and his eyes changed their color to dark blue for a fraction of seconds.
