Chapter 9 - FIRST MOVE

We had no time to take a second look at the piece of leg. Naresh, and the other guy jumped into the car and started the engine, I shouted, "Get in the car!" Shalini and her parents didn't know what was happening. We got in the car and ran away.

We reached Shahbagh Nagar, the people took care of everything. The houses surrounding the main location, the house with storehouse were all on our side. We didn't have any trouble in shifting.

"What if someone tracked us while we got here?" I asked Naresh.

"Shahbagh Nagar is a maze, you can get in, but you can never get out. So just chill out." Naresh replied.

Sashi's death devastated all of us. I felt bad for dragging in Shalini and her parents, I wanted to apologize to her nut I couldn't between all the drama happening.

Three days in, Ramaiya finally talked with me, "You have risked all of us, and it won't be long before we would be dead like Sashi. And we can never forgive you."

"I know."

"Now that you have dragged us here what do we do?"

I grinned.

We met for a meeting, there were nearly fifty people and they gathered there for me.

"The governor rules the main lands, we need to get to him and remove the gates and rewrite the rules. For that, firstly we'll need the public's help. We need to infuse the idea of revolution into the people, and for that we'll use the most powerful weapon, media! Gather all newspaper companies, all famous people, and all journalists. We want the word of freedom flying across the streets of Ghatodan. Ghatodan surely is huge but our hunger is greater. There are 113 provinces across Ghatodan, we want one person per town. This one person will convince the media in respective town to spread our message. If they deny, use emotions or convince for at least ghost messaging. Or the last option, carry posters and paste them on as many walls as you can. Let our telephone number be reachable to people, will get some responses."

In the next 14 days this operation took place, we got lakhs of responses. They were all old to wait for next move. We got some threats, but after all, Shahbagh Nagar is a maze!

"What's next?" they asked.

I gave them an evil smile.
