Aaron woke up in shock, his body shaking in fear of what just happened to him. He remembered every second of it. The voice in his head. The pain that surpassed both of his skills. His activation of Skelengelica. He had hit his own body with it, and caused his own mind to be affected. It was stupid, but it worked.

He looked to his left, and saw a wall. The wall of his cave. He looked to his right, and saw Light and Yua, sleeping beside eachother. They looked like they had been crying. They assumed he was dead. Huh. An emotional bond had already formed. He was going to surprise them once they woke up.

He had woken up in his armour, and used his sword to prop himself up, as he stood up shakily. His body didn't have any adrenaline to temporarily boost himself, so it was trying to fully gain control of his bones manually, which lead to shakiness.

'I need to get stronger, so I can survive something like that. I didn't think it would be so strong, but I was wrong. Also, what the hell was with that glitches skill? I need to pull up my stats..."

'Great, so I got a skill which doesn't tell me what I get. I won't be using that any time soon, but what's this about forty Atk points? I could buy another boundless ability with that!'

[Boundless Skills]

Aaron went looking through the skills section, and looked at the names of some, like Boundless Creativity, or Boundless Unpredictability, but one specific one caught his eye this time. Not Boundless Spatial Manipulation, or Boundless Time Manipulation. Something cool.

[Boundless Gravity Manipulation]

[Every wanted to control what harnesses you to the ground? Fly around, create intense fields of gravity, create magic bolts of gravity! A nice cinematic attack!]

[Cost: 40 Atk Points]

'Wait a second, this time it costs forty? I know why. It's so, when I reach a higher level cap, I can't buy all the evolution abilities at once! Smart little system, but it's surely annoying. I can still buy it though.'

[Purchase Boundless Gravity Manipulation?]

[>Yes<]

[Boundless Gravity Manipulation has been acquired.]

[Harness the harness of gravity.]

'Isn't that just a neat little way of saying "thanks for buying my product"?', Aaron though to himself. He shakily walked out to the entrance of the cave, and was greeted with the familiar crowd of monsters.

He smiled inwardly. He was back, and was pissed at his weak ability. He needed to get stronger. And he would take this rage out on the crowd, using this new ability.

"Harness the Harness! Gravity Field!"

Aaron placed his hand into the sky, as a field of purple light covered the visible portion of the Great Expanse, ignoring his cave.

All of the monsters in his vision, bar himself, were placed under absolutely crushing gravity, crushing bones and causing screams of pain. He was angry, and he needed someone to take that rage out on. This time it was the entire visible Great Expanse.

He closed his skeletal fist, as his eyes burned a blazing purple.

"Combine!"

All of the affected monsters were pulled towards a spot ten feet in front of him, as their bodies were condensed, and their bones completely shattered. He didn't let any of them feel the sweet release of death yet. He needed something more cinematic.

Something...explosive.

He put his hand to the ground, and then sharply pulled up, as the ball of monsters went flying up, and Aaron charged an attack in his open palm.

"Skelengelica!"

A burst of pure white energy flashed from his hand, as it went speeding towards the ball of monsters, and hit the centre. Once it hit the centre, it exploded outwards, causing all of the monsters to be flung out with it. Not in one piece, of course. Limbs went flying everywhere, as a shower of multi-coloured blood rained down upon Aaron.

[Error: Large amount of monsters killed]

[Estimating death toll...]

[You killed 1,394 monsters.]

[You gained 294,285 Exp]

[You have gained 79 levels!]

[Evolution Available]

[You have gained new titles]

[The Killer]

[Effect: 20% damage increase to all skills]

[Monster Evolutionist]

[Effect: None]

[You are eligible for evolution once more, you evolving madman.]

Aaron began the short walk to his cave, as his body had gotten enough adrenaline to walk there without shaking. He was annoyed at the voice that was in his head. It caused him pain, and it caused him to die. He needed to show that it wouldn't beat him in a fight.

He didn't want to feel that pain again.

Not ever again.

He would kill monsters over and over again, just to not feel any more pain.

His ideal of pacifism was long gone. He had realised after he had died for the first time that it was a kill or be killed world out there, and to survive, you had to accept those ideals.

Aaron walked into his cave, as he sat up against a wall, fully coated in his armour. He pulled up a menu, and pressed the important button.

[Evolve your body, from Skelengel Mk. G into a new body?]

[Yes] [No]

Aaron then tapped the button.

[>Yes<]
