Qiang closed the door and went towards the stairs while whistling. When he reached near the stairs, he stopped whistling and looked back at the door of his uncle's room while thinking about something with a confused face.
Just then he heard a cold voice from behind, "Where did you get that?"
Qiang came out of his thoughts and looked back at his brother and asked, "Huhh? What did you ask?" Song Hao asked again, "I asked from where did you get that?"
Qiang looked at his empty hands and asked confusingly, "Get what?"
Song Hao replied with an obvious face, "Brain." Qiang still didn't get the meaning, "Huhhh?"
Song Hao explained, "You were thinking something deeply, which requires a brain and... you never had it, so I asked from where did you get that, simple!"
Song Qiang started boiling… he took few deep breaths to calm himself and mumbled, "Calm down Qiang… brace yourself, now this is going to happen regularly! Breath in… breath out… Done!"
He then looked at his brother and said, "Uncle cannot prepare dinner today so he told us to tell uncle Lin whatever we want to have for dinner. So, a vegetable porridge for Mr. Secretary, uncle is ok with anything, I want a nice chicken broth with rice and chicken dumplings, what about you?"
Song Hao nodded and said, "Same for me. Tell uncle Lin to prepare more chicken broth soup, it will be good for Mr. Secretary and for us too in this cold weather."
While going down the stairs, Hao asked, "By the way, as far as I know, you people also have to do an internship in the last year, right?" Qiang replied, "Yes, but instead of doing an internship, helping uncle in the office work as his secretary is easier."
Hao shook his head and said, "I know, and you should definitely help him, but working as an intern will make you realize how actually work is done in the company. You will feel more responsible and serious about your work. While helping uncle, you just do some sundry work and he will not give you some sort of responsibility. The internship will make you realize your strengths and weaknesses too."
Qiang thought about it and said, "Actually a winter internship program has just started in our company at IT headquarters… I can't enroll in between."
Hao suggested, "Who told you to do it only in our company? Rather you should apply to another company. You are already learning about our company, so on the other side, you can learn how other company works."
Qiang nodded in agreement and said, "You are indeed right." He told butler Lin what to prepare for dinner.
Hao noticed that his younger brother is also trying to take charge of many things and getting a bit mature now. He knew that Qiang never liked being alone. Also, he teased him more than enough till now, he even won against him in the tennis match. So, he decided to do something that his brother is good at.
He called him, "Qiang, did we connect the PlayStation here?" When Qiang heard this, he got excited and told, "Of course! I have connected it to the main TV in the living room. I tried to teach uncle but he didn't like it though." Hao said while looking at the watch, "Let's play then. We still have much time till dinner."
Qiang cheered! His brother is the best!
After some time, uncle Song and Gon came down. They saw that two brothers were busy playing an online game. Looking at Hao, uncle Song said, "Since you brought up that topic, now I clearly remember about Hao Liu. He was such a nice kid!"
Gon nodded and said, "You are right, master. After all, he was raised by our Head Eunuch."
Master Song remembered something and asked, "Ahh… by the way, did you tried to track BlackJack's location?"
Gon replied, "Sorry master but I couldn't. Their security is very tight." Master Song nodded in agreement, "No doubt, Director Kim once told me that he uses his brother's resources for this."
Uncle Song then called his both nephews, "Qiang, Hao, are you done with your game? Let's have dinner."
Both the siblings shouted, "Coming!!" They soon joined. Qiang was in a happy mood since he won against his brother.
While having dinner, Qiang decided to bring this topic. He said, "Uncle, I want to ask you something." Uncle Song looked at Qiang's confuse yet serious face and asked, "Of course child, what is it?" Song Hao also paused eating.
Qiang asked, "Uncle, what should I do? For internship, should I join our company or look for something else?" Song Hao smiled inwardly.
Uncle Song contemplated and said, "Umm… for that… actually I shouldn't ask this but can you do whatever you like in our company? Your help is very useful for me these days."
Qiang felt something which he couldn't describe in words… something like a sense of responsibility… He said, "Uncle… am I that helpful?"
Uncle Song nodded and told, "A few days ago, I showed your work to our Manager Xu. He said that your work is precise but you lack speed. It was he who suggested giving you as many documents for reviewing. It will increase your speed of working. But it's ok if you want to gain some other experience, we will shortlist some companies after dinner. I will not let you use our connection though!"
Song Hao nodded in agreement and joined, "Even if before joining our company, work at least for one or two years as a regular employee and hide your identity."
Song Qiang was overwhelmed and said in an energetic tone, "I have decided! I will continue working under you, uncle…" he then paused and got serious. This sense of responsibility… came earlier than he thought. So that means… his fun days are over?
Uncle Song caught that and assured him while patting his hand, "Don't worry Qiang, take as much time you want to get prepared. Make mistakes, so that you will learn. None of us will pressure you over something so enjoy your life, but please… don't stop helping me" and then he wiped his invisible tears.
Song brothers laughed at their uncle's poor acting and resumed eating.
On the other hand, Gon was busy in his own world. When he was served chicken broth soup and porridge, he felt nostalgic.
Song Hao observed that Mr. Secretary was staring at the soup and got busy thinking about something. He asked, "What happened Mr. Secretary?..."
