Sophia had her motorbike parked right in front of the hotel entrance. As she looked up a big and grand sign that read 'Kings Royal Hotel and Resort' greeted her eyes. Higher than that were blue tinted glass and clean walls that went high into the sky under the reddish orange rays of the setting sun.
A valet boy walked over and Sophia handed him her motorbike keys and a tip for him. She confidently walked into the hotel with a hand holding her bag over her shoulders and a black mask covering her flawless face.
No matter how suspicious she was supposed to look at the moment, with her all-black attire, her blueish grey eyes -that popped more because of the mask- and her ink black hair, she looked like a very mysterious but elegant person.
If one were to say that she was a royal princess undercover, anyone would believe it without an inch of doubt.
Perhaps because they were all blinded by her graceful figure as she made her way to the receptionist, no one paid any attention to the cold air that seemed to surround her at all times or the tiny spark of emptiness within her gaze. Or maybe that was her fate?
Was she that good of an actor?
Or were people just really blind?
How could they not see how much she was hurting inside? So deep inside her that she herself didn't yet realize those certain emotions that were bottled up within her.
Maybe she was just so used to hiding her emotions that even without putting much effort, people still couldn't see through her mask? Was the mask she created so thick that it was impossible to see through?
Maybe they never cared at all?
Maybe they have other things to think about…
Sophia really didn't like thinking about such things because with the way she had lived her life so far, she couldn't bring herself to put blame on someone else unless of course they were an official criminal.
For Sophia, as long as a person did something that wasn't illegal, she would doubt.
For as long as she could remember, she always doubted and before making a decision she seemed to always think of all possible situations.
The Grey family had abandoned Luna Grey after the death of her mother. It was said that Mr. Levi Grey no longer loved his child or the passed away mother, so he had sent her away. She doubted this belief.
She thought that perhaps- even if it was less than 1% chance- Levi had some other secrets that he couldn't reveal. A secret that would explain why he was so adamant on giving away his own blood related child.
So Sophia searched. She had spent hours on end finding out why and in the end, she reached a conclusion.
It wasn't that Levi didn't love his late wife or even his biological daughter but it was his own guilt that ate him away with time.
With every glance that he took at his daughter and her young dimly lit eyes that grew darker by the day.
It was the guilt of seeing his own daughter die away silently right in front of him because he was so foolish to believe what a mere gold digger said to him.
Truth was, before Luna's mother, Mia Grey passed away, she had found out about Aria Jones. Her beloved husband's mistress.
In her sudden rage, she drove her car around the city before she entered a car accident.
Despite how serious it was, Mia didn't pass away immediately instead, with all her might she made her way back to the Grey mansion as soon as possible to see her daughter one last time and perhaps even take care of Aria. But alas she only made it to see Luna even though she felt her heart squeeze tight with every tear that fell on her cheeks from Luna's once bright and cheerful eyes.
No matter what, at least she made it to see her beloved daughter one last time.
Despite knowing that Mia was dead, Levi didn't care, he was too busy indulging himself in the desires of his third leg. His lust at the time was so great he didn't care about his dead wife or his biological daughter who wept silently right outside the room.
Levi's guilt didn't just lie with planning the car accident of Mia Grey but it also went back more than a few years when Luna was but a little child of barely six years old.
At that time he had been too busy fooling around with his other low-key alcoholic friends that he-under the impulse of alcohol- decided to let his friends gang r*pe his six year old daughter!
Can you believe it?
Levi Grey.
That f*cking son of a gun AGREED to have his own BIOLOGICAL child R*ped right in front of him?
Alcohol or no alcohol no father- no matter how much of a scum he was- would agree to have his own daughter r*ped.
And yet.
And yet that f*cking tiny d*ck head agreed?
Was he even a human?
To think that he even gave up on her because he couldn't bear to deal with his own guilt when he saw her eyes finally grow dimmer by the day once realization and reality hit her.
Based on all these, that b*stard truly deserves some jail time. Let's fix that. Some amazing jail time.
One where Sophia's men would torture Josie, Levi and Aria in many ways every day inside the jail until they finally land inside a mental institution.
With all that said, Sophia doubts.
Even if it's a favor that someone forgot to return and she really needed it. She would think in their shoes.
Her mind would automatically just think of something other than what's presented. Her mind and life logic was that there is always something behind the truth. Behind any truth there is bound to be another truth.
Yes Levi abandoned Luna because he didn't like how she was quiet and rebellious compared to his other daughter Josie, but beyond that truth was the other truth that he himself had caused her to become like so.
The truth behind his truth was that he was a f*cking coward! He couldn't bring himself to face the reality that he made and hence decided to get rid of a very innocent Luna in the streets to die!
He didn't deserve to be called a father. No he didn't deserve to be called a man either.
If possible, Sophia would've turned him into an ant and crush him to dust over and over again. Alas she couldn't so some wonderful jail time it was.
Truth be told, Sophia was able to endlessly hate Levi because he was worth it but not all of her cases or rather her doubts led to a strong conclusion and that's where she really f*cked up…
