In merely one day of space travel, they arrived in the premises of the Dor'Gel mountain range. This is because there were five artificial wormholes strategically placed in the Arantara Gaia's star system, all leading deep into the premises of the five behemoths' territories.
On the way here, Acheron had already attempted to research more about Kor'Ton planet and the Dor'Gel mountain range. Alas, he wasn't able to find anything on the alliance's network. It was a bit annoying that he would have to survive there with no information, but he felt he could handle it.
The only thing he could derive some assistance from was the map provided by Elder Fei.
As he was walking through the mountainous forest, he finds a lone deer in the Heavenly Ascension stage. After capturing and killing it, he sets up a camp in order to cook a meal for himself.
As the meat is roasting, he thinks about whether he should try taking flight again. The last time he tried it, he was assaulted by a flock of Heavenly Ascension birds. There was no way he could've fought all of them. Thus, he ended up forced to walk on the ground.
Suddenly, he notices a cute cat approaching him. It was kind of chubby and possessed very pleasant big yellow eyes. It was staring at him curiously, with a bit of an expectant glint in its eyes. Gradually, it approached Acheron's campfire, drooling at the meat that was being cooked.
As it gets closer to him, Acheron swiftly grabs it by its neck, immobilizing it. He immediately slits its throat using a knife he got from his former academy. The cute cat couldn't resist him at all.
After draining its blood, he skins it and begins roasting it along with the dear meat. Acheron wasn't in a hurry. He's already made the required calculations regarding his speed and travel distance.
Even if he encountered any Spirit Transformation level magical beasts on the way, he would be able to run using the Flight spell. He's also thought about hunting for natural treasures, though he decided to postpone this in the end. After all, he still had a test to complete.
After eating his fill, he decided to continue onwards.
Jumping from tree to tree, he was moving so fast that any normal human would've missed him completely. He kept running like this for two days straight, only stopping to eat the food he already had stored in his spatial storage ring.
Finally, he had an encounter with two giant beasts that were much stronger than him, a giant wolf and a giant snake. Thankfully, they were too busy fighting each other to pay attention to someone as weak as him.
Still, their strength didn't scare him away. He watched them intently for some time, searching for the reason of their fight. They wouldn't be fighting each other over nothing. After all, beasts of this level tended to have high intelligence.
As he was searching, he finally saw it. It was a small pink flower that had yet to blossom. But judging from the aura it was giving off, it clearly contained great amounts of energy. As he was staring at the flower, Acheron got a bit excited.
He easily deduced that the flower was fit for consumption, otherwise the beasts wouldn't waste their time on it. If even such strong beasts had a use for it, it would definitely serve Acheron well.
After about half an hour, the flower was finally about to bloom. Unfortunately, both beasts slowly lost their mind as they fought, becoming blinded by their ferociousness. They couldn't spare much attention to the flower.
Acheron timed his jump to the best of his ability. As soon as the flower bloomed, he was already besides it. Quickly storing it into his storage ring, he activates his Flight spell. Together with his natural Nascent Soul flight, he easily took to the sky, where the beasts couldn't physically reach him anymore.
Two loud roars shook the surroundings behind him. What followed was a large fireball sent out from the mouth of the snake.
Acheron immediately took out his Blood Bead, before casting several layers of Blood Shield to protect himself.
The fireball successfully smashed through all of the shields. Thankfully, the shields gave Acheron enough time in order to dodge.
After this, Acheron kept going, ready to go back down the moment he encounted any flying magical beasts.
After a day of constant flight, Acheron decides to rest for a bit. It was also about time he consumed the flower. That way, he could increase his speed significantly.
Taking out the flower from his storage ring, he swallows it in one gulp. The energy inside of it began to scorch his insides. He forcefully directed all of the energy towards his dantian.
After about thirty minutes, the chaotic energy calms down, with his cultivation directly jumping through two small realms, reaching the peak of Nascent Soul. Now, all Acheron had to do was stabilize his foundation. It would take at most two months or so. Then he would be ready to become a Spirit Transformation expert.
He continued on towards the Banyan Sect's territory. Throughout his journey, Acheron had to pass by several mountains. Constantly changing his altitude, he managed to avoid the various flying beasts.
While flying in this mountain range seemed to be filled with dangers, Acheron merely required a period of adaptation. After that, he didn't have much trouble avoiding the various dangers.
He kept flying continously without any sleep. He didn't dare let his guard down anywhere in this mountain range, only meditating to refill his energy once in a while. At the Nascent Soul realm, flight still consumed some internal energy, even if it wasn't that much.
After fifteen more days of flying, eating, and meditating, he finally reached his destination.
As soon as got where he needed to be, Elder Fei received a notification through her bracelet and quickly ordered someone to send him to his temporary quarters.
He would first have to wait until the allotted month was over. Only then would he receive his disciple token along with a permanent residence.
The disciple responsible for him couldn't disclose anymore information besides that though.
