Finn wanted to use his skill [Build-Up] but his mana reserves were too low at this current moment. He knew he had at least 7 more good ice shots so he created an ice spear and sent it flying at her. Equalizer dodged the ice spike and then turned to the ice spike letting out a flame thrower like thing from her hand melting the ice spike in almost seconds. The ice spike now water on the ground froze and shot at her again she was turned around from it but she dodged to the side and then kicked the ice breaking it then burning all the pieces till they turned to gas. Finn tried once again trying to get one more shot to test out a theory.
He fired another ice spike flinging at her without hesitation but she dodged to the side and used the flamethrower like thing from her hand once again melting the ice spike in almost seconds. He was happy with the results of his theory and now rushed in knowing that these ranged attacks were not going to work. Finn got close to her slashing but she jumped on the blade attempting to melt it but the ice gem wasn't weak so the blade stayed the same. Now at a close range he fired an ice spike at point blank range at her stomach. She was surprised at this breaking the fabric off of her stomach but as soon as the ice made contact with her skin it melted because the ice was quite weak compared to his regular attack.

In the audience
Jin knew that this person who he fought and lost to was gonna lose and he didn't want this to happen and her to win. He wasn't going to let this happen; he looked around seeing no one was around and focusing on him. Jin quickly compressed all his mana wanting to give it to Finn.

Back to the fight
Finn took a deep breath looking at the audience seeing Jin holding something that looked like a ball of mana. He saw Jin signaling for him to take it but he didn't know if he wanted to do it because it would ruin his pride. He then looked at the woman and saw her trying to say something towards him, "Hey you seem pretty strong why don't you sign a contract with me and if you don't I'll just take that nice spear from your body." Finn now knew what to do. Jin helping him would ruin his pride but working under someone or having his precious weapon being used by someone else. Finn looked at Jin nodding and mouthed something to him and he nodded understanding.
Finn rushed at her grabbing her burning his skin but he jumped towards the shield he used up the last of his mana to make a giant ice spike then compressing it and shooting it at her. She got out of the grab dodging to the side but this was all going to his plan as the shield broke. Finn started falling but soon a ball of mana entered his body and he fell to the ground getting back up. Finn coughed up blood feeling uneasy with the new mana entering his body. He got up getting used to this new mana rushing at her firing off an ice spike in a point blank range to the stomach. This time the ice spike was actually strong as usual but the tip melted off so the ice became blunt and she was hit back into a wall.
They decided to have a final blow he used [Build-Up] using all of the damage he had taken and all the momentum he built up in the battle to power up. Both of them charged up an attack the both fired an attack one again an appearance of an giant water witch and she had the image of a flaming grim reaper holding onto contracts. The witch froze and hit the reaper but melted away but then reformed and froze again hitting the reaper over and over again finally breaking down the reaper melting down, freezing the entire floor. A thin mist covered the arena soon subsiding, letting many people see Equalizer holding onto her last five contracts. She summoned a lion with a fire body, a bird covered in lightning, a man who was surprisingly calm for a man being forced to do this and a man who looked overly aggressive and mad but that made sense since he was being forced to fight. They all didn't know who to go first and attack so Finn decided to take this chance and rush at them not wanting them to get the first attack in this fight
Finn tried to stab the one that looked overly calm one but he seemed to turn into a liquid like being but he just froze him with his spear but the aggressive one punched Finn sending him flying into a wall. The lion began defrosting the frozen man as the thunder bird speeded over zapping Finn. Finn didn't let them do all this damage without retaliation as he grabbed the thunderbird touching his gem flowing the ice mana throughout his body to freeze the bird with his hand.
Then throwing the spear impaling the guy but taking a lesson from his precious battle with Jin he pulled the spear back with a mana string and grabbed his head twisting it snapping his neck. He then stabbed his spear in the floor creating ice spikes under the two other contract slaves killing them easily. He then rushed up to the woman who was still holding onto the contract he then asked, "So what else do you have up your sleeve a giant demon, an ice monster,some kind of weapon or maybe you will summon from the magic continent." Finn was about to end this and kill her but he decided to slice the contract, slicing it in half but then a light flashed as a boom could be heard as a smoke cloud appeared in the arena.
