For two months, I have been training combat skills. Thise includes short-range combat, long-range combat, defense strategies and offensive skills.
But then again... I'm a she... so I'd still have to look like one.
"Is this really necessary?" I asked my Aunt while looking at the other Lycan lady that was putting chemicals on my hair.
"Why? Aren't you doing this for yourself?" My aunt asked before sipping wine. "A little glow up would do, you know... Anyway Lisa here will take care of you" she said referring to the Lycan Lady.
Lisa laughed and looked at me with determination. "Don't worry dear, I'll take care of it, I'll be giving you big curves that'll compliment your small face." She said then went back to work.
Because of the extensive training Aunt gave I grew muscles and became more fit. My muscles were just right, not too showy.
I looked at myself in the mirror. Flexing my muscles and such. "I look like a true warrior now...." I laughed at myself.
In two months of having a training, I couldn't morph into my wolf. It's been three years since I last did it. You see, morphing into our wolf form is... a pain in the butt. It takes time morphing into your wolf form, and I can't even control mine.
Normal wolf can morph in just about 3.5 seconds. Lycans can do it in just a blink, but I.... It takes me about 15 minutes to do it. And to add, she's still hurting from that marking event.
So that's why, I only improved my human form... but not my wolf.
I touched my stomach before lifting my shirt up.
" 2...4...6...." My eyes widened in shock when I realized that I already have abs.
My waist is curved, looking sexy. "I guess those pushups paid of...."
Looking at my face I realized somthing. "She was right... The waves on my hair does really compliment my small face"
"Hey, Zara! Are you coming down or what?!" My Aunt called from below.
Letting my shirt go, I took a last look in my room for the past 2 months before going down.

WEAPONS
Aside from hand to hand combat, I was also teached to use weapons: swords, daggers, crossbows, nunchucks, spears and many more.
But the weapon that really caught my attention was the double ended sword. A legendary possession that belongs to the Weapons Shack owner, Fred.
"This weapon actually gives you off you know..." The owner of the shack told me. "Its disguise is still that of a swords handle..." he explained.
Ignoring what he said, I looked at the sword handle and lifted it up." Luna!" I shouted at the sword. It made little mechanical sounds before...
SHING***
A silver sword came out of the sword handle's other end. "Silver...." I looked at the Owner confusedly. "I thought wolves can't touch silver?" I asked him.
He chuckled. "Normal wolves can't, Lycans can..." he said the got back on wiping the other swords. "Anyway, if you could summon Alayna at the other end, I'll give it to you." He challenged.
"And may I remind you, only a true Warrior can summon the sun's sword" he explained shooting a sideward glance at me.
Looking back at the sword, I turned it upside down. "Alayna!" I shouted, summoning the sun's sword.
...
I heard the owner chuckled. "I guess it doesn't want to respond to you" He teased as he put down the sword he was wiping. He came near me and looked at me in the eyes.
"W-what?" I asked him, weirded out by his actions.
He stood up straight and got back on wiping the displayed swords. "Anyway, I'm giving it to you as a gift for completing your training." He said then gestured me to leave.
I was too shocked to move but still followed him and left carrying the sword.

"I see, you got Fred's most priced possession." Aunt Dia said while loading my things on the car trunk. I looked at the sword handle on my hand and smiled.
"He gave it to me, Can't resist my charm, maybe..." I joked while she just shock her head in disapproval. Looking at her face, I couldn't help but feel grateful towards her. "Hey, Aunt Dia...." I called.
She raised her head and looked at me. "What is it Pipsqueak?" She answered before loading another luggage on the trunk. "Gonna give me a cringey farewell speech?" she chuckled and shook her head.
I pulled her with all my might and gave her a tight hug. She was so surprised that she became stiff. "Thank you." I simply said before tapping her shoulders and closing the car trunk.
Walking to the car door, I glanced at her one last time. "Thank you for everything... Take care!" I said before finally getting in the car and driving off.

I got home a day before our third year term in college. My mom was so.... well... SHOCKED.
Pulling up on the front of our house, I got out of the car and unloaded my luggage.
I sighed before turning the knob and going in.
"Z-Zara..." My mom called in tears before slowly walking up to me.
"Hi mom!" I called her. She was just coming near me like I was a victim of something.
I sense something weird. "What's wrong?" I asked before taking the initiative to close our distance. "Mom?"
Finally, she hugged me and sobbed. "Zara... I'm sorry... I didn't know" She sobbed while hugging me tightly.
My brows knotted in confusion. "What... do you mean, mom?" I asked, my heart speeding up.
"You're his mate Aren't you?" She asked and loosened her hug, facing me. "You're the next Alpha's mate, but got rejected by him.... right?"
My eyes widened in shock, I felt a lump on my throat, unable to utter a word.
My mom's face once again screamed sadness as she hugged me while sobbing.
"H-How did you find out, mom?" I asked her as I passed a tissue to her.
She smiled at me and said. "He came here and apologized for his actions."
I was shocked at mom's explanation. "A-apologized?" I asked.
She nodded but her face turned dark. "That bastard... He apologized for being like that but said themat he did the right thing." My mom explained as she ripped the tissue in pieces.
I scoffed in mockery. "I almost thought.... Haha! I was wrong once again... "
My mom turned to me and grabbed both my shoulders. "You aren't planning to get him back with your new self, right?"
I chuckled at her. "Of course not." I rolled my eyes at her making her laugh.
After that a long silence enveloped us. "But you do know the responsibilities of a Warrior right?"
I looked at her in confusion. I just realized that never did once Aunt Dia mentioned anything about the purposes of having Lycan Warriors. "Questioning its purpose never crossed my mind, Mom."
My mom sighed before holding my hands and squeezing it. "It's to protect the royal bloods."
"R-Royal Bloods? Y-you mean the--"
"The remaining royal bloods... King Tadioues and Prince Travon" she answered before I could finish what I was gonna say.
