It took at least three weeks for Farah to regain some weight on her bony features. Our top doctors had to relearn their basic healing literature and young doctors who had the passion to be a Healer were summoned to assist with their knowledge.
It was rather unfortunate but also unanticipated that our doctors did not pursue to be high-ranking Healers. Mainly because there was a low demand for Healers in the Hawthorn Empire and that being a great doctor was sufficient to go by worldwide.
Sigh... The fault lies with us for not encouraging the profession nor provides ample facilities that might interest them. Well, the past is in the past now. No point dwelling over it.
