Her mesmerising amber eyes twinkled and her mouth agape with genuine shock at hearing the piece of information.
"And you know all this from...Papa?"

"Right from the beginning?" Farah's eyes began to water as waves of surprising news reached her. It must not have been her intention but she had forgotten the basic mechanism to blink her eyes.
"Enlighten me by which beginning you're referring to?" I pulled her back down for a snuggle and delighted to distract her into blinking.
"From the day we were married? Or before that?" She asked as she turned to face me. Her pretty curious face made the butterflies in my tummy fluttering about.
