EROS' POV
"What did you say? Lian is in jail?"
I almost shout out of shock because of what Griffin had said, I had never known that he would say that to Lian. Or I just misheard everything.
He nods.
"W-what do you mean?" Then, I remember what he said about catching thieves from his company.
"Wait. You mean, Lian is, no. It's impossible. That would be impossible, Griffin." I say to him.
"I had a mission of deceiving him and catching him because he's been hacking the system of our company, and that would put the company and its employees at risk." He explains.
"Lian would never do that-"
"You knew him wrong."
