As the tunnel started shaking, they had walked into another one through an opening in the wall. The fire torches that were fixed on the walls of the tunnel on both sides caught fire on their own, startling both Claudia and Hellion.
"What is happening?" She let out a choked gasp as she held Hellion's arm that he had put in front of her protectively.
"I don't know," His gaze was fixed on the long tunnel spread before his eyes. "Come on," He held her hand as he slowly started moving forward while analyzing the walls.
The floor of the tunnel was a matt brownish-yellow and seemed to have been made out of stone. The walls were lighter in color and had weird looking symbols engraved in it with pictures of humans with animal heads, on several spots.
"What is this place?" He muttered to himself, gawking at every little detail.
