After unsuccessful searching for months Shu Yu lost all hopes of finding me, he was still in Tong'an living as a merchant like he always did. He rented out a house in the center of the city and he sold swords and armors, but at the same time he would pop in and out of the Tong'an palace using the golden fish sigil which introduced him as one of the Qianlong's men.
But everyday he would listen for any news and ask for me without getting anywhere or any clue about my whereabouts until one day he was out of the city on his horse. His long curly hair was blown by the strong wind but he was too busy thinking about me to care about his hair, but when it was too much and they covered his eyes - he stopped his horse and tied them to a ponytail. Then he continued with his journey.
