Well, that wasn't something I am going to be able to brush over with a sincere, "I am sorry for what I said when I was drunk." Waking up hungover in my best friend's bed spooning her naked body after a long night of enthusiastic love making really ensured it. Fortunately I was old hand at sifting through the wreckage of my life after a drunken rage, looking for the good pieces still left to me. This time I'd have to do it without a listen to 'Smile' by Jimmy Durante, but I still remember it well enough to sing to myself should I need to.
The aspiring hunters of Remnant make their own sigils to represent themselves and I had taken on the Imperium of Man's double headed eagle. The idea of leaving the past where it lay and always looking to a better future found in the imagery of one head keeping its eyes closed captured perfectly my life's philosophy, and kept with my choice of never revealing the details of my past life to anyone.
Rather than cry over the spilt milk, I brushed Pyrrha's red hair aside and started kissing her neck and ear, getting her up too.
"I take it we have Nora to thank for last night going without interruption." I commented on the distinct lack of our other teammates.
Beacon was incredibly hook up friendly with its massive campus and elaborate aesthetic for such a low number of students, but the students only had very limited access to this multitowered fortress and lived four to a room - severely cutting into our abilities to bang all night. Nora and Ren camped outside to make time for Pyrrha and I to get together like we did.
"She's the best." Pyrrha confirmed.
We agreed on that statement right until we got to the cafeteria and Nora began waving a banner that read JaunexPyrrha on one side and Arkos on the other while shouting about her OTP finally getting together. This became the source of the nasty rumors that circulated about my new girlfriend and me and made our rather insular team even more isolated in the closing of the semester. It went a little like this.
Rumors start about Pyrrha and I cheating on Blake.
Nora attacks anyone who she hears saying that Pyrrha and I are cheaters.
Everyone who hated us for smacking the shit out of them in the year 1 and 2 combat classes now hate us even more.
Our only real friends, Team RWBY, form up around Blake who is incredibly hurt by the way I ended things with her.
In total, Team JRPR now had zero friends outside our dorm room. Thank God we ran this joint on fear, otherwise this story might start looking like a Harry Potter downer phase. I'd really like to see someone call me the Boy-Who-Lies when I can punch them through the roof with less than a slap on the wrist from the administration.
The welcoming atmosphere encouraged us to stay in and study, so we rocked the finals and earned our advancement into the year 3 and 4 combined combat course. We spent the two week reprieve for classes planning out how we wanted to get stronger before the Vytal Festival Tournament that came at the end of the school year. Our focus on physical training and combat skill had done us a world of good in the first semester and would continue into the second but would now compete for time with us forging new gear sets.
Pyrrha and Nora funded these projects by creating a video of Nora cutting Pyrrha's hair, which they posted to the net with a link to an auction site in the description. The famous red pony tail sold for enough to buy a six bedroom house in cushy upper Vale and a brand new luxury sports car. The fact that Jaques Schnee could now sniff Pyrrha's hair while he thinks about torturing Faunus and pleasures himself didn't seem to bother anyone besides me. Nora wanted to rub Weiss's face in the fact that her father is a top of the line simp.
That week I learned the horrible truth about Nora. She loved separating simps from their money. She did this herself via her OnlyFans account in which she regularly posted uncensored pictures... of her feet. I died hard inside when I found out she made enough to rent a three bedroom apartment from that.
Needless to say I now had a budget to carry out a big part of my conspiracy to fuck over Cinder Fall. I'd like to see her beat a Pyrrha Nikos covered in flame resistant gear. It was easy enough to order a few insulating superhero suits for the team, but I also managed to work a deal with the owner of a body shop to not only do a kick ass job painting and polishing our gear, but also to mix in Remnants super expensive version of non-cancerous asbestos into the paint, making our armor super heat resistant.
We'd also made plans to beef up the team's gear. Pyrrha would up her rifle to .338 magnum rounds, giving her more mass and powder load in exchange for greater recoil. She also intended to put a serrated edge on her shield, turning it into a terrifying buzz saw. Ren chose to increase the mass and caliber of his bladed machine pistols. They'd be a lot less ticklish to grimm from now on. Nora wanted a bigger hammer with an axe on the other side. RIP Nora's enemies. I'd figured out how to fuse my sword and shield to make a great sword and a shielded double barrel auto shotgun. Yay me. Canon Jaune's mechashifting sword-sword would live on in a much more badass form.
We'd all get matching kukris and revolvers because I firmly believed in having back up weapons and I also needed something deadly beyond 30 yards. It would take us two months to finish everything and then we'd have 2 more months to train with everything before the start of the tournament.
If I remember right, Team JNPR doesn't actually become important till Ozpin tries to push Pyrrha into becoming the Fall Maiden, and I can only mess with Cinder's canon plan at two points without just bull rushing her and explaining why I killed a team of kids from Haven afterwards. All I really needed to do before the tournament is make sure that if Team RWBY doesn't take the mission to Mount Glenn I do. If the breach in Vale's defenses opens up during Cinder's attack then the whole city could be lost. Ruby and the gang foiling that plot really saved the day.
Though our team officially stayed at Beacon for the break, Pyrrha and I chose to stay at a motel when not conspiring with Ren and Nora. I tried to get a room at the same place I stayed with Blake, but the manager took one look at me and started convulsing.
"NOOOO!" He barked at me, "NOOOO! Never again! The last time you stayed here I couldn't keep anyone in the units around yours all week! And when I went to clean your room! There was enough semen to open up a sperm bank! The sight of your loads has forever stained my soul!"
I looked at the man as he shook like the devil possessed him, grabbed Pyrrha's hand, and ran.
Fortunately, he hadn't black listed me with the other motel owners in the area. After checking in for the next two weeks, the champ and I explored each other at a far more sedate pace than Blake and I set all those months ago. We committed time to activities beyond rutting, like sleeping and eating. We also did a fair bit of dating, but ultimately the two of us would always be more at home in the gym than the movie theater or a fancy restaurant. I did enjoy the parks though, Vale has the best parks I'd ever been to, but Pyrrha assured me that this city had nothing on Mistral. A few pictures later proved it. While Vale looked like a Polish City, Mistral looked like a fantasy Chinese city. I'll admit that I was partial to the finger like mountains that China sported.
Pyrrha and I ended up fitting together more perfectly than Blake and I ever did, and the champ proved to be far more interested in exploring her kinks than the black cat. Where Blake felt like she was trying to douse the fires of her mating desires, Pyrrha wanted to experience everything a sexual relationship between us could offer.
By the time the second semester started up, Pyrrha had proven that she could in fact love me like Blake loved me, and then some.
