After spending a couple of hours in darkness, I opened my eyes, finding myself in a giant cage hanging from a wooden ceiling. My friends Bomyu, Paikek and Seanyung were sitting on the wooden floor of the cage which was made of iron bars.
Throughout the bars, it was easy to observe that we were in an obsolete enormous house which was decorated with portraits of creepy people and pandas on its wooden walls. The lighting of the room was dark as there were only small lamps on the tables.
There was a long purple carpet in the middle of the room which was surrounded by wooden chairs. At the end of the carpet, a wide window was located which was made of blurry red and blue glass.
On the other hand, stars were located on the other side of the room, going to the other rooms in the room.
"Where are we?" I questioned, turning my face to my friends.
"No clue, it looks like a mansion." Seanyung remarked as he observed through the iron bars.
"How did we even get in here?" I stood up and tried to pull the bars apart but they didn't move.
"This is strange, I don't remember anything." Bomyu widened his eyes.
"It's so dark I am scared." Paikek cuddled Tootmuyu the dolphin plushie.
Unexpectedly, the ghost girl went down the wooden stairs to the room that we were caged. She was wearing a white dress and a dark black eyeliner. Her semi-transparent face was extremely white like usual.
"Welcome to my house!" Ghost girl laughed in screams as she walked on the carpet.
"What do you want from us? You said you gonna tell us everything." I shouted through the bars.
She turned around as she snickered; "You know what I want. That's all I can say."
"What?" I turned my face to my friends as I raised one of my eyebrows.
"She means the star book I guess." Seanyung assumed.
"Seriously?" My eyebrows drew together and I added; "We don't have that though."
"Yes you do!" The ghost girl whispered when she got next to the cage.
"No! You are wrong!" I disagreed.
Her mouth rapidly curled up without showing her teeth as her eyes expanded. She opened her arms, making the cage disappear. Consequently, my friends and I fell onto the purple carpet. My backbone hurt as I hit the ground. I couldn't stand up in pain.
"La la la, I never wanted to bloom." She started singing in a soft head voice as she looked at the ceiling.
"Once the blood is on the moon, I never wanted it soon." She kept singing.
"What is she doing?" I got puzzled, watching her sing.
"I know this song... It is... It is..." Paikek hesitated, narrowing his eyes.
"What is it, Paikek?" Bomyu asked in a quiet voice while the ghost girl continued to sing.
"Right. It is the song of death." Paikek gulped as he cuddled his plushie.
"That means we will die if she finishes the song." Seanyung realised.
"Right!" Paikek nodded.
"Blue flowers break blue hearts. Once a persona is lost, it will never be found in art." The ghost girl loudly sang the chorus.
"She must stop now!" Seanyung warned.
I nodded and I jumped onto the ghost but I passed through her, without touching because she was transparent.
"Once death recalls you, you dye a flower into blue." She snickered as she sang this part.
"We can't stop her!" I squeezed my hands into fists.
"La la la, I never wanted to bloom..." The ghost girl started singing the final verse in a soft head voice.
"But I hope you become a rotten root!" A familiar voice came from the entrance of the room.
Bomyu, Seanyung, Paikek and I turned our faces to the stairs at the entrance, seeing the blonde-haired singer Sonya Soundstrong. She was wearing black jeans, a black crop top and black high heels.
"It's gonna be a little cliche but the party won't start till I walk in." Sonya put her hands onto her waist as she walked on the purple carpet towards the ghost girl.
"La la la..." Ghost girl ignored Sonya and she kept singing.
"La~~ I always wanted to bloom!" Sonya began singing in her strong chest voice.
"What is she doing?" Bomyu asked lifting his eyebrows.
"Sonya is singing the opposite lyrics. It may revert the effect of the song of death!" Paikek explained as he had a deep knowledge of magic.
"I hope it works." I watched Sonya and the ghost girl singing.
"Once death recalls you, you dye a flower into blue." Ghost girl sang the same part again.
"Once life wants you, all skies will be blue." Sonya vibrated her voice in high notes.
"And this is the song of..." Somya Soundstrong and the ghost girl started singing the last line of the song at the same time.
"Death~" The ghost girl was singing the final note as high as she can.
Simultaneously, Sonya sang the last long note "Star~~" in head voice.
Their voices got louder and higher towards the end of the long note. I covered my ears with my hands because the notes were deafening high. While the ghost girl was singing in head voice, Sonya reached a whistle note, shattering the windows of the mansion into pieces.
The ghost girl fell onto her knees when the song ended.
"You did it! You defeated her!!" Paikek beamed as he gave Sonya a hug.
"Thank you for saving us from her!" I thanked Sonya with a broad smile on my face.
"You don't need to thank me." She winked.
Suddenly, the ghost girl started snickering while she put her hands onto the floor, looking down.
"Remember the day I told you to remember my name. It turned out that you never forget it." She got up, her hair falling to her face.
"Stop it." Sonya commanded.
"No!"
"What is happening?" I got puzzled.
The ghost girl chuckled looking at my face as she whispered;
"My name is Sonya Soundstrong!"
