Chereads / My New Vampireself / Chapter 6 - Chapter 4

Chapter 6 - Chapter 4

As I walked back to my hostel I heard a faint voice calling my name.

"Cane, wait up," and I easily recognized the owner of the voice.

Groaning, I snapped my head towards him.

"What?" I asked rather rudely.

"You know what? You're no longer in this hostel so get your tiny ass out of my halls," he said locking my hostel door.

I could easily tell that Ruben expected me to try and beg him not to kick me out of the hostels but he witnessed the complete opposite.

"Fine," I said said, turning my heel to the other end of the block.

As I walked out of the dormitory block, I felt him.

His aura was all over the place.

No no no, how could he still know where to find me.

Did he want to kill me again?

"Estella,"

A voice said at the deepest, darkest place in my mind.

"Estella listen,"

The voice said again.

At this point I wasn't going to a specific destination.

I just wanted to get away from the voice.

"Leave me alone!" I screamed.

My eyes searched around my surrounding.

I had no idea where I was.

I was completely and utterly lost.

The land I had stumbled upon had an indefinite smell.

The smell varied from nice and warm to dark and tasty.

The same smell that had quenched my forby thirst was there.

Precipitantly, I felt a hand grab my wrists from behind.

Spinning me around to pin me down on the eerie land.

I glanced at the person responsible for the action.

His hazel nut eyes looked into my eyes.

Searching my body from head to my waist.

His body hovered against me, as he panted.

"Easy there," he said forcing me down as I struggled to get away from his release.

The last patches of my fathomless memories came.

It was him, the same voice that ran through my head when I couldn't move.

When I was filled with the news that I was dead.

The same voice that urged me to not kill the girl in the closet.

"It's you," I growled.

"Quit protesting," he said struggling to pin me down.

He was strong and his eyes devoured me.

When he looked at me it was as if he was looking straight through my soul.

The action sent chills down my spine.

"Fine, but let me go," I said with a huff.

I had finally given up.

Releasing my wrists, I expected him to move away from me but he remained in his position.

His lips inches away from mine.

His hazelnut eyes started changing their colour as his eyes searched at every inch of my body.

His eyes now held a cognac colour.

"You have so much to learn and you're still new," he said in a low, husky voice.

His voice intimidated me in so many ways.

Getting away from my body, he stood up, revealing his dark blue jeans and his black leather jacket.

The black leather jacket seemed to cover a pale white 'V' necked shirt.

"Can't get enough of what you're seeing?" he asked with a sardonic smile.

Composing myself, I got up from the dirt.

"Where are we?" I asked in a horse voice.

My throat started iching when his body was an inch away from mine.

"Thirty minutes away from your university, ten minutes from the vampire city," he explained while walking ahead.

I abided by following him, what other choice did I have?

As we continued walking, he led me into an unusual path.

It seemed liked it hadn't been used in years.

Reaching out to grab his arm, I gently grabbed it.

"Hey, where are we going?" I asked.

The scratchy throat immediately stopped when I heald his arm.

His eyes still hadn't returned to normal, the reddish of his deep brown orbs were mesmerizing.

"To the vampire city, you have to get formalized with your new kind," he answered his gaze dropping down to me.

Not until now, I had realized that I was shorter than him.

It wasn't a couple of inches, maybe a couple of feet.

Probably three feet.

Shock spread all over my face once my ears picked up what he had said.

Was he really taking me to their vampire city?

'Yes, you're better there,' his voice rang through my head.

"Quit doing that it's creepy," I said.

A smile spread across his face, as he reached out to play with the ends of my brown hair.

"I tend to think it's romantic," he said his cognac eyes glowing an amber glow.

"Do a vampires have the telepathic thing?" I asked crossing the distance he had put.

My body was only inches away from him.

"No, you see special vampires have special powers, mines' telepathy," he answered.

I wasn't concentrating on what he was saying.

All I could smell was the sweet smell that came out of him.

It didn't smell like Felly's.

Although her blood was tasting.

I couldn't help but wonder what it would taste like.

Slowly tracing his masculine arm, I started teasing him.

My goal was to taste his blood and I would.

"Stella, what are you doing?" he whispered a groan.

I needed to taste his blood.

Know what it tasted like.

I reached my hands and placed them around his neck.

His hands moved and grabbed my waist gently.

"Please stop tempting me," he said his grip on my waist tightening a little.

I reached on my tippy toes and held his neck in a more comfortable manner.

"But I'm hungry," I said feeling my eldritch teeth appear.

Gently I pressed my elongated canines on his neck.

His blood was mesmerizing.

It quenched my thirst.

It was like cigar, but much more tastier.

I clunged on his neck taking any sip of his dulcet blood.

I couldn't stop, not now, not ever.

As I drank I felt his cold hand grabbing a handful of my hair and pressing my head against the sweet spot that I was sucking.

He was enjoying the feeling just as much as I was.

Pulling away, I smirked at him. "It seems like I'm not the only one thirsty after all,"
