Seeing what was happening got one of the four young adventurers to suggest, "We should go and help, too."
Upon a collective agreement, the four went and helped the Malayas and other adventurers guide the civilians to safety. Watching them do so also urged Aran to do the same. However, he found Kael's troubled gaze on the Creep he killed intriguing.
"Is something wrong, Kael?"
"It's strange." Kael proceeded to dispel his Shockblade and put his rapier back in its sheath. "Pardon my asking, but do you remember what Lady Roselia told us about her first premonition?"
Aran does remember. Almost everyone present during that revelation remembered it quite well.
"Now that I think about it..." Aran's expression hardened as he looked down at the severed corpse of the Creep he killed. "If Roselia's first vision was wrong, then the NORMAL ones we first encountered shouldn't have any reason to run from these things. They should be able to fight these guys on their own."
