"He...died. How?" I whispered
"...needed to leave!"
"I don't understand. How?"
"...can't stay...!"

I opened my eyes and shot up. My heart was racing and my breathing was erratic.
"Estrella? Are you okay?"
I looked around to see who spoke and found Luna (Whoops. I accidentally glared at her. Habit.) and Cielo surrounding me. Behind them, I could see a small fire.
"What happened?" I asked
"Revolutions attacked the wedding" Luna explained
"Then why are we here? What happened to mom and dad?"
"I'm sure they're fine" Luna said as she placed a hand on top of my head
"Why are we in the forest?"
"We needed to leave the kingdoms. Apparently, there are revolutions all over the kingdoms" Luna said
I laid back down on the thick blanket. Wait.
"When did you have time to pack this blanket?" I asked
Luna shrugged "Some people from your village gve it to us."
I looked over at Cielo who looked down. Come to think of it, he hasn't said anything this entire time.
"Cielo, what are you not telling us?" I asked
He looked up as tears fell and slid down his face. He shook his head saying "Can't tell you yet"
I was starting to panic but tried keeping my cool. "Why not?"
He shut his eyes and shook his head.
I felt so helpless. I stood and walked over to him. I placed my hand on his head and sat next to him. I hugged his head close to me and let him rest on my shoulder.
I looked over at Luna and asked "Are you okay?"
She looked surprised and replied "Hm? Me? I'm fine"
I smiled "I'm glade"
She turned towards the fire and moved it around to keep it going.
"We should probably think of what our next step should be" Luna said
Cielo lifted his head and glared at Luna "We wouldn't have to if you hadn't willingly kicked us out of the kingdom"
"Don't be so selfish" she replied "I already explained why I said what I said"
Deciding to butt in, I said "You two should get some rest. I'll keep watch if any wild animals or Revolutions come near"
After agreeing, Luna went to grab the blanket I layed on just a few minutes ago when Cielo jumped around her and pulled the blanket out of her reach.
"Mine" is all he said before sleeping over it.
Luna tried to pull the blanket out from under the Cielo before giving up.
"Fat ass" she muttered as she layed on the ground next to Cielo.
I chuckled to myself and whispered "Luna"
She raised her head and looked over at me in question.
"Do you want to sleep on my leg? It's not very comfortable but I can try to keep the bugs off of you if you want"
It's the best I could do after my brother stole the blanket from her.
Her eyes twinkled. No, literally. You could see mini stars in them.
She nodded and walked over to me and layed down.
"You're right. This is uncomfortable" she said
I moved my leg and her head flopped onto the ground.
"Kidding! Kidding!" She cried
She layed her head down once again and fell asleep.
SNORE!
Geez…I didn't know Cielo could snore that loud.
SNORE!
I looked down at Luna who had her mouth open.
Don't tell me…
SNORE!
It was her. I tried to keep in my laughter. That is just too cute!
The night passed and Cielo and Luna woke up.
Cielo stretched "That was the worst sleep ever!"
Luna sat up and I stretched out my sleeping leg.
Cielo grabbed a bag that was behind him and rummaged through it. I wondered what that was but was unable to look through it during the night.
"What is that?" I asked
He shook his head. "I'll tell you later"
He pulled out some light clothes and threw them at us.
"You should change. I'm sure running around in a dress is uncomfortable" he said
We grabbed the clothes and went behind the trees to change.
I took off the dress I had on and put the shirt on over my head. Next, I shook out the pants and out came a note. I picked it up and opened it. It was a map.
I quickly put the pants on and ran out.
"Guys! This was inside my clothes!" I yelled
"What is it?" Luna asked as she came out fully changed.
Cielo took the paper from my hands and held it up "It looks like a map. But it's not to either kingdom."
"Shouldn't you know what's inside the note since you packed it?" I asked
"I'll tell you later"
Is that all he knows how to say?
Luna peared over Cielo's shoulder to get a better look. "This looks like a map of the outside. It has X marks over some of the words. Those might be places we should head towards"
I ripped it back from Cielo.
Looking at the map, it was pretty straight forward. There was a circle in the corner of the map within what looks like a forest. I'm going to guess that's where we are. The rest of the map was covered in Xs.
"I don't know what these Xs mean but whatever it is, it's a start. We have no idea what to do but the least we could do is figure this out." I asked
"Should we really trust this map? We don't even know where it came from" Cielo said
I flipped the map over. In the corner were initials of VB. When I showed the others, Luna's eyes widened. She grabbed the map and took a closer look at it.
"Do you know something about this?" I asked
"This map...it was written by my sister" she said with a shaky voice
"Sister?" I asked "Why would she do this?"
"She had a vision of the future a while back. I'm guessing this is her way of getting the future she saw."
"So this is all your sister's fault" Cielo said
I glared at him and he shrugged.
"I'm so sorry she had to drag you all into her stupid plan like this."
I looked over at her "There is nothing for you to be sorry about. We can handle this"
She nodded.
I held it up to the light but found nothing else.
"I don't think have any other choice but to follow the Xs." Luna said
"You always say that! There is always a choice! We could throw the paper away! We could head back! We could have stayed in the kingdom!"
Luna and Cielo kept bickering. I went back to the map. Looking at it, it feels like I have seen it before. But from where?
"I'll use you as bait for my next meal!" Luna yelled
'Scuse me, what?
"Alright!" I clapped my hands "We head…" I looked down at the map. "East"
"Did you just double check?" Cielo asked
"I have no idea what you mean" I said as I walked East...I think.
Cielo sighed "We're dead"
