Distant rumblings and ejections created from Wren and Luna practically shook everything within the underground fight club to it's core. The spectators watched, mouths foaming whilst watering, eyes glued to every entranced scenery, muscled puffed up in excitement as they roared in pleasure never as came a night this wild before.
Concurrently, at the interior darkened part of the underground fight club, splashes of water could be heard together with strong wind naturally navigating through a constructed tubular channel that flows to the sea outside the Humane kingdom, a single restricted steel door was seen along the constructed tubular channel which dimly lit in pearl from the small openings guarded by two bulky beings strangely suited with distinctive scars on their faces.
Inside, Bryan stood heedfully with his head lowered, in front of him was a table formed, two seated, lightly shaded figures near few floating objects gazing right at him, relatively were recognized by Bryan as the Godmother of the Caneloveft household in her fancy lavender stola , Big-Tee, the invisible doorman, behind them standing gallantly were four praetorian guards in red leather armour with their helmet on, holding their custom red colored weapon in their hands, a large axe, halberd, ranseur, and a spear, dozen more shaded figures seated round about the room as though Bryan was in a court waiting to be interrogated.
The condensed pearl colored crystals in translucent materials hung on the four corners of the room slowly dimmed than before as though they were being controlled with the sudden revulsion.
"Do you know who you just carelessly brought in tonight?" Godmother's mysterious voice throatily questioned seating at the middle of the three facing Bryan.
"I… I-I…" Bryan stammered, his hands clasped in front slightly discomposed being the first time here and also not knowing the reasons why he was here.
"… Seems, you don't know," the same old throatily voice uttered.
"--Who you brought in is someone who's not supposed to be here… sigh. Well, sadly I'm the one who granted you all in," another distinct voice added.
Bryan slowly raised his eyes without lifting his head, he could see the invisible being seated at the left side of Godmother, his lorgnette titled a little while using his gloved hand as he continued to speak, the other one of his was under the area were his invisible mouth was located.
"Ever since then I sincerely told Big-Tee about my suspicion and before long, Big Tee confirmed it to be so." He placed his two gloved hands on his top hat while on the table just as Big Tee nodded in confirmation with a gust from his snout.
"I-I don't understand…" Bryan confusedly swallowed with a haunted face, all of his thoughts were upon Lekan Skylark, he wasn't sure bringing an undercover blue-capped Royal Guard here was a bad idea over a place consisting of dangerous beings on opened arrest by the law guiding the Humane kingdom to intrigued their interest only on the underground fight club known exclusively to selected few of the power households among the Humanes including the house of the Caneloveft, exceeding more authority here after the King, who commissioned and knew of all what was going on.
Bryan slightly raised his head up, his gaze sullen.
"I apologize, if by bringing another Royal Guard here is the cause of all these… and the boy—"
"The boy is the very source of tonight's problem never about your petty friend, Sir Humphrey." Big-Tee interrupted as he gulped down a large glassy jar of liquor in his large hand.
"Huh?" Bryan blinked as his lips parted, "… T-the boy?"
Big-Tee cleaned his bull-sized mouth,
"--There was never a boy, Sir Humphrey. Who you brought in tonight is the crown princess." Big-Tee made clear of Bryan's demur.
T-the princess?! But—Bryan head cocked to one side contemplating then his eyes widened of every scenarios he had with the boy earlier. Immediately went on his knees. It all became clear just as cold sweat enveloped him pleading with his hands and forehead entirely touching the ground.
"--I'm… I'm very sorry!! I never knew he--she is the princess—"
"Nevermind, the deal is done." The invisible doorman revealed with a sigh.
Bryan eyes widened once again as he stared to the ground, fearing the outcome. Before the words about the princess causing havoc at the arena goes out from here to the ears of the King, himself. There's a way to go about it—Bryan said to himself then he look fixedly at them with conviction in his eyes.
"--We should stop the match! Before it escalated more than this," Bryan spoke out.
Everything will be solved when Master Jangnap teleports the princess back to her room unscathed. His fist squeezed in determination, hoping. Yes--that will end it all. I can't lose everything I have work for so far on these silly mistakes I made. Yes, I'm the one who caused it, I should be the one to take us out of these problems. He reasoned.
"Leave her be." The Godmother of the Caneloveft pronounced.
"Alright, ma'am I will let Master—what did you just say, ma'am? I-I don't understand." Bryan seemed dazed. He wasn't expecting such answer to be the solution, is the King we are talking about here, he cherished his daughter more than anything or is am I just hearing things--?
"It has come to our notice the search for the princess had already begun and we acted on the very signal with further perception earlier by telling the new handler of the Princess's whereabouts however he allowed it saying it will be the path to her growth and everything will be revealed to the King after." The invisible doorman boldly told. "And if you're still thinking everything here will collapse and the rumors about her being here will set things on a wintry remark, you're mistaken because as you can see these very layers were earlier induced with strong materials of our Godmother's and absorbing potencies of many Humanes here that takes in any and every shock waves from escaping outside."
Bryan's throat bobbed, wasn't sure if the whole place will still hold seeing how the grounds, walls and roof quaked unusually.
"May I have the permission to join this conservation~" A two-faced creature suddenly said while licking one of her doubled fangs, appeared to be sitting on Big-Tee head, her hand holding onto the large horns upon his top forehead. Every single being's body there twitched as they were suddenly consumed by an unknown yet familiar presence.
Bryan face registered shock.
"What in the?!" Big-Tee panicked about raising his hand with the glassy jar against the unknown presence just as three guards were also about to attack from behind while one stood guarding the Godmother of the Caneloveft. The unknown presence smirked stopping their weapons that were thoroughly covered with their potencies' aura with the tip of her index finger and the large glassy jar in Big-Tee's hand shattered to pieces from an unknown force.
"Sheesh… you guys never learn from your mistakes~ Don't be so surprised to see me." She bored into Bryan's bulged eyes.
"Trust me the end of the world is much more gawping than I am~"
Then the immortal looked into the slightly glowing marigold eyes on the Godmother of the Caneloveft's wrinkled face now speaking directly to her.
"What makes you lot think all these commotion caused by the Protector won't break out eventually." as the Immortal pointed out the old lady nodded to her guard to disengage their weapons from the Immortal, suddenly red mist enveloped everyone.
"Sleep my dear children, actually all of these matters not~"
One by one they all feel into dizziness including Bryan and the guards except the Godmother of the Caneloveft household and Big-Tee, only trying hard not to fall into his own dizziness as he grunted unable to move his body from the weight which heavily seated on his head.
"And again, Ezinne Caneloveft." The Immortal called the actual name of the Godmother out of the blue seemed they were once acquainted with each other many years ago. "We both know with or without doing these the Protector has the potency strong enough to break out of your array barrier or whatnot."
The Godmother of the Caneloveft household watched as she did nothing but only groaned at the sight of the smirking two-faced Immortal flashing her doubled fangs while sitting on the head of grunting Big-Tee.
Meanwhile, the battle between the Princess and her Royal guard was still immensely going on, Jangnap stood from where he was among the few seated royal families closely observing the fight and completely blown away by all of it.
"Heavens. I was told by Great-great grandma I shouldn't stop the fight no matter what and the boy is actually a girl and that's not all, she is the Crown princess. But to have such agility, going toe to toe with a being from the Aurora clan… she's greatly strong?..." Jangnap said to himself. However up close and far away she looked kinda different or is it because of her new haircut and the mysterious change of her vigor surrounding her? Ugh I wish Uncle Flavius and Aunt Herminia were only here to witness this glorious fight themselves because they won't believe my words about what I'm seeing right now. Jangnap considered while patting his hair. Should the main character cut his hair too to look this different?
The sounds of punches and kicks continued, the grounds and walls quaked and openly cracked with deepened craters of many sizes but the damages were ever felt all over Wren's and Luna's body still none of the two gave up their stand.
Everyone watched in awe thinking who will fall first as their moves got simpler and slower yet stronger with every direct hits produced however knowing both the little boy's and the berserker's physical appearances.
In their minds definitely the little boy will fall first, as the movements from both Humanes were getting much more slower, Wren then threw a spinning elbow; Luna blocked with her hand, using such slight opportunity for a counter the Aurorae made the final hit with a direct kick to the Princess's lower chin spawning a sudden strong wave that windily blew across the arena and the spectators, darting Wren off and away from her position.
The princess smashed against the wall many feet high before cratering down to the damaged ground in debris and dust.
Silence vanquished the whole arena once again.
T-The last being standing, the winner was known in the eyes of everyone.
Jangnap teleported right in the middle of them wanted to declare the winner.
"I'm not done yet!" Wren shouted as she was seen now standing, spat out blood from her mouth, refitted back her jaw, a crackled sound was lightly heard, her respire became more frenzied then she raised her two fists up in a guarded position.
Wren wasn't the type to give up yet.
Jangnap gasped then gritted his teeth. Please stop princess, this is enough! He yelled in his thoughts.
Jangnap could tell the princess was at her very limit seeing how much blood was lost, coming out from her nose, mouth and injuries.
Her supporters within the spectators jumped and cried in praises of her perseverance while chanting.
Mayhem! Mayhem! Mayhem!!!
Wren cleaned her bloody mouth, her chest raised and lowered, blood and sweat covering most of her forehead down to her face, Luna watched also roughly in the same condition as Wren.
"I made it clear, didn't I, I'm not leaving here without taking you with me, what has gotten into you, Luna?!"
Luna fidgeted as her name was yelled by Wren.
She seemed confused, consciously knew the kick was definitely meant to knock her out.
Luna leaned backwards as though she was frightened or being possessed, rubbing and hitting her head as though she wanted to be free from something.
Wren left an exhaled as she watched Luna vigorously hitting herself.
The princess looked at her bloody self.
"Oh, my bubbles. I have broken every bones in my body, ugh. It's even harder to breath and move," she looked at Luna yet again. "Give me your all, woman! Still. I rise!"
Luna's contorted, her chin grinned together, she squeezed her fists and legs so hard, drawn veins could be seen popping out on her body from her shredded tights as the ground beneath her feet quaked and deepened the air around them suddenly became pressured making it difficult for everyone around her to breath well.
Wren watched, everything was hazy in her eyes for a second before she gained back herself then she smirked.
"Is this it?" her arms raised more higher in a guarded position, "alright let's bet on our final move to know who will be the last one standing."
Jangnap's face tightened with panic as he immediately teleported out of their way in fear.
With little or no warning.
Wren was seen in the air!
Blood drew out from her mouth, nose and ears, her eyes slowly closing up her eyelids.
… everything… seems… blurry… seriously not again… I didn't even blink…
Earlier before. In another part of the world experiencing a hot mid-day as a familiar voice echoed within the unknown forest causing many birds to timidly flew away from the direction of the loud voice. Ancient stories told the lost forest was once the habitants of the Giants before they disappeared from the face of the world. Many lost stony pedestal were seen around the forest inscribed by the languages of the Giants however no one knew what it means as it was to be forgotten by the new generations of the world.
"You two must train, build your muscles and your senses until you're both strong enough to at least defend yourself for a day or two in this forest without needing my help or Sniffia's! The endurance of we Inhumanes are better than any other race out there but it can be greater if you strictly followed my teachings! Now the hour as come to duel each other until one admits defeat!"
Peirce was seen with Node with no upper clothes worn and a large rock tightly secured with vines around their upper body showing off there slightly masculine sweaty chest and arms grown from the harsh training they had been through few days ago until now, both Peirce and Node were agitated ready to fight each other unarmed.
Lazarus was seen standing while observing from a very high height under one of the tree's large branches shaded away from beams of light from the harsh sun above which ruthlessly scorched anything that walks beneath it as swirling little brown clover leaves from many of the giant trees found in the forest rained along with the calm wind over them, while Sniffia was seen on the grassy ground filled with fallen brown clover leaves, resting her head against one of the large roots of the same tree, watching only Peirce as the two little girls quietly snoring on her thighs.
" I'm coming, take my punch of iniquity!!" Node shouted as he jumped for a punch immediately Peirce leaned backwards dodging Node's punch.
It provoked him as Peirce effortlessly dodged his punches even with the heavy large rock on his body.
"Ugh! Stay! Put! Hey! Peirce!" Node yelled as he punched one after the other.
Peirce's eyes creased, swiftly moving around, trying not to smile until he flashed a smirk.
"Did you—Did you just laughed at me, are you calling me a slow poke, huh?!" Node's lips pulled back in a grimace.
Peirce shook his head as his eyes rolled to his right while answering.
"No… it's just the way you gave every move of yours a name. Here I was thinking I'm the only weird guy in the group,"
Unexpectedly Peirce felt a painful ache from his heart.
He stopped mid way held his bared chest at the same moment Node was in the air provokingly coming at him with his clenched fist thinking this time he will make a hit however he missed just as Peirce fell face first to the ground motionless.
