Chapter 109 - My Heritage.

The raging sea rose high and fell under the soaked feet of the three figures standing on it, as if it were bare floored while the darkened clouds above filled the night sky with freckled sizes of thunder rumbling, reflecting their uncanny faces within the destructive storm never was the harsh weather or temperature stirred their morale compared to what would happen next as the cracked and weakened towering, wide and menacing white-crystalline barrier distinctly stood behind every other things there.

"What should we do? He's right in front of us and an… Immortal at that!" One of the shadowy figure with eight arms also known to be Ade, fortunately saved by the little figure known to be the messenger of the Supremes from the hands of his fellow Expats' ambush, them thinking he might one day betrayed them witting how close he was with Azra during their journey to the southern-swale village of the Inhumane.

"--Don't ever think we are the trapped ones," The little figure responded, "actually this is the perfect place to begin what will be the end of every life form in your puny world. As it is, I personally will pave a path to destroy everything, well I will just lie to the Supremes about it, nothing more."

He bit his lower lip glancing at the Immortal ahead, "Hey, what business does an Immortal have with us being here?!"

"… My heritage," The Immortal proclaimed, "to protect what may serves as havoc to us and to abolish the sinful inhabitants who will rise and cloak this world in tribulation."

"Tch, where were you when I tore through your puny world at my first visit?" The little figure twisted his mouth as he spoke.

"Hmmm." The known Immortal with large turtle shell-like wrapped his grapple's chain on his wrist up to his left shoulder then in a blink of an eye he charged at them, about smashing with his legs, the two shadowy figures split into different directions avoiding the unfathomed impact that sent every drops of bubbles wave flying while on the rogue sea as loops emerged from it.

In that moments of shock the Immortal turned, abruptly removed the chain on his arm, whipping it at Ade as it entangled one of Ade's eight arms.

Slammed him against the humongous barrier with a loud shocking compression that sent a tremor through his body.

"Ugh! Not again!" Ade grunted, baffled yet again he was the targeted one, the chains retracted back to the Immortal's leaving Ade glued on the side of the humongous barrier, meanwhile the little figure suddenly was behind the Immortal about punching him, the Immortal moved to the side, held his little hand, knocked him over in near maximum force to his front against the raging sea bringing a massive splash that reaches many meters high, about punching the near stunned, little figure floating on his back, on seeing the force from the Immortal's enchained fist tearing at him in spikes, the little figure rolled away without hesitating then teleported near Ade still laying on the side of the barrier.

"Don't be excited you caught my punch as if it was nothing," the little figure spoke as he tapped Ade to stand up.

"Be glad I lost most of my powers when I fought a certain lady that I, acknowledged as the strongest there was in terms of strength and will power in your puny world."

"I see… you talk too much."

The Immortal stood, gazing aloft at them.

"Are beings outside my world talks as much as you do?"

The little figure's body froze in place then he gritted his teeth, pressing his lips tightly, angered and at the same time embarrassed by the words of the Immortal yet he chose to maintain his composure when he'd opened up his mouth.

"Nothing last forever, Shelly. Don't be deceived by all this. This, this is the very reason why I need to destroy everything in your puny world by all means. You all are overestimating every little thing you think you are."

He dropped on the ocean along with Ade.

"I will make sure I, a messenger of the Supreme, breaks and crushes every little bones in your body—"

The Immortal's grapple suddenly coiled the little figure's neck then he was dragged off from his two feet towards the Immortal standing effortlessly on the raging sea's surface few distance to him.

Before it got ugly for the little figure, he held the chains landed on his two feet and glided through the sea's surface as water waves breaks beneath his legs slowly aiding him from advancing any longer after some few struggling, he stopped.

The friction between the Immortal dragging and the little figure pulling sent an overwhelming flow of finite amplitude of sea waves violently clashing against them, almost swallowing them up and above causing series of thunderclaps that shows no sign of stopping.

The little figure stretched forth his other arm as an edgy-glowing violet ambience suddenly forged on his arm and cut the chains bound on his neck then teleported back near Ade, watching both beings in shock while standing-glued with one of his eight arms resting by the humongous barrier.

"You…!" The growling little figure pointed at the Immortal, "how dare you?!"

He held his bruised neck while removing the near molten chains off his neck dropping it into the sea, looked at Ade.

"Let's kill him together."

"Alright, master!" Ade clenched all his raised eight fists with a smirk as his eyes glowed red. Earlier, the little figure made Ade more powerful than his former self by transferring a portion of his power to him.

They both tore at the Immortal on the sea, Ade rapidly swung his eight fists at lightning speed in which the Immortal effortlessly dodged all while the little figure from behind using the same move on him earlier successfully punched the Immortal right on his large shell against the surface of the rouge sea with a loud thump that echoes, the aftermath of the sea area of where it happened, bursted opened, propagated into a very large spatial range spherical bubble-like explosion that reaches the night skies, it was so huge that as the extremely large bubble collapsed, the mixed gas and water from it heavily shot down on them and every area it occupied, unknowingly shadowy sea monsters deep beneath them were immediately swarming towards the scene from all directions to feed in their curiosity.

"Ha! Look at you to fall by one hit. I thought Immortals, Dragons are well known of how almighty they are but where are your words, the intimidations?!" He taunted as his fist still pressed down on his shell while on the surface of the rogue sea, before long the Immortal's large hand grabbed onto the little figure's little arm.

"That, didn't hurt at all." The Immortal faced Ade standing right in front with a grinning look.

Ade gritted his teeth went for a punch but the Immortal's head retracted into his large shell, spin his whole body kicking Ade off balance before a second thought Ade was hit by the Immortal's large shell, he strained having felt as though he was hit by a huge sturdy rock, Ade darted few distance away in the air, he'd landed hard and lifted off severally on the sea before sinking deep into the rogue sea, while in that motion the Immortal held the little figure by his hand as he stood, extreme waves and strong winds blew across both beings.

Now it was solely him and the little figure; the Immortal's eyes glowed in yellow, lightning continued to designed the clouds along thundering sounds non-stop; underneath those eerie sounds, sound of punch against the little figure's face echoes, after, the Immortal held the bruised face of the little figure, held one of his leg and broke it as easy as breaking a candlestick, took the other leg and did the same, down to every joints and bones of his body as the little figure screamed in pain from the top of his lungs.

Few distance away Ade manageably swam out of the water, watched in horror from above as the breaking sounds of the little figure's bones along his loud keening cries continued to echo everywhere. Then the Immortal gazed at Ade from afar, noticed many sea monsters under the sea's surface swarming at the figure with eight arms as the only source of light from the lightnings above shone on the ocean, unknowingly to Ade the sea creatures from below having reached him, suddenly attacked and dragged him with their tentacles downward into their abyss as he struggled to free himself with the fight of his life.

The Immortal looked back to the bleeding, motionless little figure in his hand, every part of his body were shaped wrongly, grabbed his colorless slimy bleeding face, slid him on the barrier and savagely smashed him yet again against the humongous barrier this time not a gasp from the little figure's mouth was heard while still in the hand of the Immortal.

Few of the sea creatures tried attacking the Immortal however it was easy to deal with as he swung the weighted chain in large circles over his head slicing the sea monsters in bits every time they closed by.

Meanwhile, Ade manageably heaves up from within after killing every sea monsters that attacked him, his head raised out from the surface of the raging sea gasping for air, one could see the redness in the sea surrounding his body then he yelled not minding his bleeding body.

"Is that all you got!—" glaring at the Immortal, to his amazement the little figure was flung at him, with no where his ruined body to run to, the little figure wrecked against him creating a steep-frontal pressure wave as both fell deeply into the sea, unconscious.

The Immortal looked down for a while, he could see underneath the rogue sea's surface multiple sea monsters maliciously feeding on them.

He gave a satisfied sigh. Apprehending wasn't a good idea… killing off both of you will do. He turned his body glancing at the towering, wide and menacing white-crystalline barrier which gave off a faint glow and resonance engrossed by such phenomenon every time he sets his eyes on it.

"… Thanks for buying me time." The Egregious being indistinctly spoke in an orotund tone, surprisedly within the sea as an extremely large hand thrusted out from it, grabbed tightly onto the Immortal's whole body and was instantaneously pulled down deeply within the rogue sea. Underneath, the unfazed Immortal within the slightly pitch black underwater environment stood upright; something waded passed him then a massive face full of sharpened canines located both the upper and the lower eyelids, appeared as though there were eyes within a mouth was spotted gawking at the Immortal, under those creeping eyes, the face had no nose but a grinning sharpened teeth.

At first glance one could mistake it for an extremely large sea monster— before anything else a large hydraulic force from the Egregious' fist hit against the guarded up Immortal as he submerged deeply into the rogue sea like a torpedo as strong swirling waves from rebound bubbles of the deep pushed him more distant away from the surface, suddenly he stopped then he propelled his body upright.

The Immortal scanned where he was, this deeper layer of the sea was surprisingly calm for a surface that rages with storms and large waves. He turned, he could vividly see more large shadowy monsters slowly surrounding him then in a split of a moment they all swam away in fear, the Immortal rolled his eyes to his left, the Egregious being with a punch yet again, the Immortal twisted his whole body from the hit but he was held back by two of the fingers of the Egregious being then the Immortal was flung straight down as if he was weightless in a supersonic speed, he ruptured through beneath the rogue sea's bubbles, hit part of the barrier immersed deep under the sea derived from the destructive force that bursted out upwards to the surface of the sea with great pressure and volume.

Before long, the Egregious being rose his upper body out of the sea as he waded towards the barrier and voiced.

"I will give you all my strength even if it created just a little hole in you and kills me, it's fine." He held his fist as veins popped out and glowed violet around his hands up to his arm without hesitating, he hammered the towering, wide menacing white-crystalline barrier so hard the whole wide-world shook causing great splashes, lands quaked, tremendous disturbance was witnessed on the oceans around the world and every living beings were dumbfounded about what'd happened. The great force bounced off the Egregious being back many distance away.

The Egregious creature was seen gigantically laying on his back while the massive tides moved him as he changed back to the vulnerable little figure he was before then motionlessly sunk deep into the sea.

The very hit alone was meant to destroy the world completely if not the universes around but most of the hit was absorbed by the weakened and cracked towering wide menacing white-crystalline barrier.

From the cracked part on the humongous barrier just a little hole was shown.

The unscathed Immortal was enraged as he thrusted out of the sea, "What have you done?!" He yelled, levitating many meters high, his eyes reddened staring downwards, searching for the Egregious being.

"Ha! This world Damnation." Ade spoke below, panting while resting his back on the humongous barrier as he slowly regenerated his missing limbs earlier eaten by the sea monsters.

The enraged Immortal rolled his eyes down to Ade then a sudden obscured creature squeezed only half of his upper body out of the small hole in the humongous barrier with a loud cry just above Ade.

The Immortal looked, overwhelmed by the creature never as he experienced such rushed baneful emotions before however the obscured creature's skin immediately dried up starting from the head while descending from where he was squeezed out from towards Ade below as the Immortal and Ade watched then it fell on Ade's thighs before completely desiccating, suddenly the air and water around them froze, crimson vapor appeared where the completed desiccated body was and probed into Ade through every holes on his face.

Ade grunted a little before lowering his head.

Perceiving something was terribly wronged, the Immortal flew towards Ade in rage— ending him with a single strike will do— The Immortal wondrously removed his large shell off from his body in a single manner, reaching for Ade, having seen Ade's glowing left red eye and his sudden reaction by raising his head with a evil lopsided grin.

The Immortal changed direction, drifted for the small hole many feet above, place his large shell on it hindering any of the creature from coming out, so he thought if he'd attacked Ade nothing good will come from it or he won't succeed.

Meanwhile Ade's full eyes glowed dark red from where he sat on the still-sea as he was fully possessed by the crimson vapor.

The possessed body looked at his body as he spoke in a voice of legion.

"What is this?"

He looked around as growing strange, crimson vigor swelled in glowing semblance around him.

"Where I'm I?"

Then he looked over his head at the Immortal strongly holding onto his large shell against the tiny hole.

"Who are you?"
