CHAPTER FIFTY-ONE
Alyssa was almost done for the day. It was a slow day at the clinic and she only saw about six patients with minor ailments. She wrote prescription for some and others she offered the drugs they needed.
Alyssa took a notepad and made a list of everything she needed to run a successful clinic and it didn't surprise her to know that what she needed was more than what she had. She already knew that for a long time and if she doesn't get a donor soon, it just didn't matter anymore because her good intentions won't keep the clinic going.
Alyssa opened the top drawer in the inner room and counted the box of hand gloves and face mask in it and they were a total of three boxes, one box of face mask and two boxes of hand gloves and if she was lucky enough it would be enough for the month.
Alyssa heard the doorbell chime and she left the inner room to see who entered the clinic after closing hours.
