(Cloak stood on top of a building. His hair flowed with the wind. He looked down on the city, watching it. Looking for someone new to battle. Cloak was into fighting with swords. He believed he was the best swordsman, but he needed to prove it, to everybody. You can say something is true and have no proof whatsoever. Some will believe, some will not, but Cloak wanted everybody to believe him. He started as just running around looking for a group of drunk guys messing with swords. They were easy, but that's how people started to notice him. Some figured out his pattern, and they would walk around with swords to battle Cloak himself, but they did not win. No one did. After a while they started to come up with a name for him. Some called him the bandaged swordsman, others called him the injured killer, but one name that stuck was Cloak. He doesn't know if it is because of his bandages, or because of the way he is never caught, but that is what everyone started to call him. He doesn't care what he's called, all he wants is to show the world who is the best with the sword, and that is what he's gonna do. He heard yelling in the distance. It sounded close. Something about bonding, but Cloak was already off. He stabbed his sword into the side of the wall and started to slide down. He got to the bottom, but stayed on the wall for a minute. He was hidden in the darkness, but you never know what someone's core is. Cloak is always careful. He got quiet. The yelling stopped. Cloak decided it was his time to go. He jumped off the wall, but hit some trash cans. It was a loud sound and he heard someone say come on. Cloak had to think fast. He jumped into the dumpster and hid under a bunch of trash. He slid right in, but Cloak needed to be careful. He heard footsteps near the dumpster, then someone said damn animals. The footsteps disappeared. Cloak thought he was safe, so started to get above the trash, he accidently banged against the side of the dumpster. Cloak stopped for a minute, but he didn't hear any sounds. He thought maybe they left, but then the top of the lid was thrown open. Cloak was no longer under his trash pile. He slowly looked up to see a blued hair guy who looked really pissed. Cloak went to take his sword out slowly, but the guy jumped back.)
Reo: "Kazu, he's here!"
Kazu: "What?"
Reo: "Cloak is here!"
Kazu: "Wait what?!"
(Kazu made a portal down there and walked through it. He was side by side with Reo and looking at Cloak.)
Kazu: "Wow, looks like we found him. Ok bud come on, let's take you down to jail."
Cloak: "Jail?"
Kazu: "Yeah, Jail. You've killed so many people. You're definitely going to jail for a while."
Cloak: "Listen, let's make this easy. You let me go, and you two don't have to die."
Reo: "How about this?"
(Reo pulled his sword out and pointed it at Cloak.)
Reo: "You come with us over to the prison, or you'll die."
Kazu: "Not die, but get hurt."
Reo: "Well if you resist enough, you will die."
Kazu: "No one is dying."
Cloak: "Well you two are, at least the blue hair one will. Reo was it?"
Reo: "Yeah, and why am I gonna die? I'd be the last to die out of everyone here right now."
Cloak: "Well you see I fight those with swords, you have a sword. Do you understand?"
Reo: "Yeah, there's only one part I think you messed up on. You'll be the one dying."
Cloak: "Haha, well we'll see."
(Cloak charged at Reo swinging his sword. Kazu teleported up to the top of the building. He would've helped, but he knew Reo would only get mad at him, so he decided to watch until things looked to bad. Cloak took a hard strike at Reo, (you can tell he's done this before) luckily Reo had been hard at work on training with his sword for most of his life.)
Cloak: "You've lasted longer than my other opponents."
Reo: "Yeah, cuz I'm actually good with a sword. Now shut up and die damn it!"
(Reo did a hard swing at Cloak, but Cloak dodged it fast. Cloak was fast, but Reo could get faster. Reo made more electricity go around him so he could be faster. Cloak noticed the speed change, so it looked like Cloak used his core. It seemed a bright purple glow outlined his veins.)
Reo: "What the hell?"
Cloak: "Surprise."
(Cloak speeds and strength seemed to have changed a lot. He hacked his sword at Reo so many times, Reo was barely able to keep up. Reo had to use more electricity to keep up. Reo started to have chest pain a tiny bit, but he ignored it. It wasn't anything too much for him to worry about. Kazu was watching from above as this all happened. He of course wasn't going to let anything bad happen to Reo, but of course Reo would get angry if Kazu helped at all.)
Reo: "That's it. I'm ending this."
(Reo dashed at Cloak and slashed his sword, but Cloak ducked right under it. Reo wasn't fast enough.)
Cloak: "Too slow."
(Cloak then jabbed his sword through Reo. Reo didn't feel anything, all he saw was the sword in him. He was in shock. He looked down at the blade and saw that it wasn't in him. It was in a tiny portal that was on him. The other end of the sword went through another portal that came out the other side of Reo.)
Kazu: "You're welcome."
Reo: "I didn't ask for your help damn it."
(Reo pushed Cloak away from him and jumped back.)
Reo: "Now I'm pissed."
(Reo made even more electricity go around him. He felt even more pain to his heart, but he still ignored it. He ran at Cloak and slashed his sword multiple times. Cloak blocked every single slash he did, but you could tell he was getting tired. Reo's heart was starting to ache with pain, but Cloak wasn't close to being done. Reo had to push his limits, by a lot. Reo had so much electricity around him, it was crazy. His speeds were over the top, not to mention his strengths too, but Cloak seemed to just barely keep up. Reo had to figure out his core, and he had to do it fast.)
Reo: "Kazu! Do something, damn it!"
Kazu: "Oh, am I allowed?"
Reo: "Yes! Just do something!"
Kazu: "Fine."
(Kazu jumped into a portal and teleported down next to Reo. He got in a fight stance. Cloak was outnumbered. He was also tired. This didn't look good for Cloak, but luckily he had a trick up his sleeve. Cloak hasn't been using his abilities to their full power, and now he was ready to use them. The purple glow that highlighted his veins got brighter. The ground under him started to crack and Kazu was cautious. Reo's abilities let him take a huge hit and still be able to get up, but Kazu's core doesn't help him that much. With Kazu's portal core he is able to dodge lots of things and fight without even having to get close, but if he gets hit by a strong attack he'd probably be done for.)
Kazu: "Reo!"
Reo: "What damn it!"
Kazu: "I can't get hit by him at all! I have a feeling he'll get faster and stronger! I think I'll have to go to the sidelines!"
Reo: "You're the damn leader and you can't fight! Pathetic!"
Kazu: "This is a battle for power types, Reo! Not for me!"
(Kazu teleported back on to the roof of the building, but Cloak had other plans.)
Cloak: "Where do you think you're going?"
(Cloak slammed his fist onto the building, destroying a lot of it. Kazu fell off, but made another portal and went to another rooftop across the street.)
Kazu: "See what I mean! You need to stop him before he destroys anything else! He might hurt someone!"
(Reo had to think fast. This guy beefed himself up somehow, making him way stronger before. Reo had to get stronger, even if his heart exploded. Reo made even more electricity go around him. He was ready to fight.)
Reo: "Come at me you bandaged freak!"
(Cloak stared at him. He had bandages over his mouth, but it looked like he smiled at Reo.)
Cloak: "I've never lost to anyone before in a sword battle, and trust me when I say today will not be the day I lose."
(Cloak put his hand on the ground. His arm glowed super bright with the purple glow. The bandages on that arm exploded off and the ground suddenly had glowing purple cracks going straight for Reo. Reo jumped in the air before they got close, but the expulsion caused him to get thrown up into the air. He hit the ground hard, but he still got up.)
Cloak: "Everyone thinks I would have a stealth type core just because I'm hard to find."
(Cloak started walking slowly to Reo.)
Cloak: "I'm just a good hider. My core is energy. I can make myself faster and stronger, but if I I need to produce energy to cause things to happen. It could be a giant explosion like you just saw, or I could just over charge a person. The point is, I'm not going to lose. Ever."
(Cloak then went to grab for Reo, but Reo jumped up in the air again. This time he pulled his sword out and started swinging his sword, and with each swing an electric slash came out right at Cloak. Cloak dodged most of these slashes, but one hit him right across the chest ripping some of the bandages up. Cloak's chest was showing now and there was definitely a mark left.)
Cloak: "You bastard!"
(Cloak charged at Reo slashing his sword at random. Cloak was in a lot of pain. He was hurting from the attack Reo just did, but also hurting from his core. If he uses it too long, pain starts to course through his veins. He needed to end this battle fast, but he couldn't think straight. He was hurting too much. Reo was in a lot of pain too. This battle was basically going nowhere. It's just them trying to see who can stay up the longest. Even if Reo falls first, Kazu will definitely jump in and finish Cloak off. Cloak knew he was gonna fall soon, so he needs to give it all he's got till then. Cloak's veins shined even brighter with purple. Reo had to squint a tiny bit, but he could still see. Cloak charged at him with his sword up high and ready to battle. He had to win. He had to.)
