Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

Maybe it was because I didn't really give a fuck but I really didn't care about this chick. Just standing next to her long red flowing hair made me feel like I didn't feel important anymore. But I have to do this for a stupid fucking job.

I looked at the mirror and there I was. I couldn't help admire that sexy looking woman staring back at me. Call me a narcissist, but I just can't help it when you're gifted as much as I am. Short black hair, pink eyes, and small face. That was me, Mako Viltra. Wearing this oversized bright yellow hoodie with black shorts. The chick that was in charge of was Mera Gouldy. That name alone is enough to make anyone figure out that she was old money if anyone was from Polarity. Her silky hair made me want to pull them off. There are only a few people that I hate in this world but she's one of them. Those onyx eyes of hers that screamed innocence.

Mera: I can't figure this out! Argh! Help me please?

Mako: Huh? Why the fuck would I help you?

Mera: Because my father told me you were good at this! Why the hell would he want to buy you if you weren't going to do your job!

Mako: I don't give a fuck, I'm just here to sit here and watch.

Mera: But you're my tutor!

Mako: Oh right…

I scratched my head because I forgot that I was. Was this really the only way for me to earn money? There's no way in hell that I was going to sell my body to some horny loser but I also didn't want to do something overly hard.

Mera's father hired me to be her english tutor. Despite that rich looking dress she has, she's basically illiterate to the point it makes me want to rip my earrings off!

Looking around her room, it makes me wonder what she did in her past life to get this lucky. A large private room with air conditioning, space to fit a fucking sofa, and a four poster bed filled with so much fluffy pillows that would make anyone fall asleep in seconds. This girl had it all. And yes, I am jealous about it. Actually the proper word is hate. I loathe this girl with all my might. How the hell did she get this lucky!

Mera: What about this sentence?

Mako: You didn't even put a fucking comma here, or even a period! Where did you even go to school? Aren't you like 17 or something?

Mera: Well… That's a secret. Teehee.

Mako: Ew, disgusting.

Mera: Hey! No one has ever called me disgusting before. What are you supposed to be anyway! How did father find you…

Mako: That shit is irrelevant right now. Right now all you need to do is get your english writing right first!

Mera: But english is so hard! Like, how am I supposed to know to use a comma! The way you say it is vague!

Mako: How could it be vague?! All you need to do is remember if you have more than a few things to write then just put a comma to indicate that you're writing multiple different things! Or if you want to cut the sentence to make it fucking simple or easier to read, you cut it with a comma! Then if you want to read something that is irrelevant to the last clause but relevant to the first clause then you add a comma signifying that it's meant for the first clause referring to the first subject! Is that to understand!?

Mera: Eh~ Explain that again please… Just without the yelling maybe. Hehehe.

Mako: You're actually so fucking useless.

Mera: No, I'm not! You're just a bad teacher!

Mako: I'm not a teacher in the first fucking place anyway! Your dad just hired me for some reason!

Mera: I can't wait till he hears about this. You're the worst one so far.

Mako: You think I'm scared of you girly? I've eaten cinnamon rolls before. I can eat another before leaving this palace.

Mera: What is that even supposed to mean!?

Mako: Help me creator cause I need the strength to surpass this challenge.

Mera: Stop that! You're confusing me! Waaah!

Before I could verbally abuse this chick, someone opened up the door behind me. I stepped off because it was her dad! He was wearing a specialized suit that was tailored made for him which made him stand out even amongst businessmen. His clean barbers cut looked good for his naturally dark straight hair. What made things feel strange about this man was he was wearing pink sandals with his attire. Everything about those sandals contrasted what look he was going for. However, those sharp dark eyes of his made him command the room easily, along with his paler complexion compared to other men.

Mera: Dad! Why are you here!? This is a girl's room. No peeking around or bursting out of nowhere~

Mako: Oh, Mr. Gouldy. Sorry if we made too much noise.

Mr. Goudly: I already told you to call me Otousan or Ojisan.

Mako: Eh… Right…

I forgot that despite his look! He was an absolutely disgusting otaku! What the hell is happening to my life! Who the hell wants to be called like that. Even if anyone did watch anime or write about it why would they want to write their code names or pseudo like that. It's actually fucking disgusting! It doesn't help that his voice sounds completely serious and businessman-like!

Ojisan: Oh it's no problem. I just want you all to keep it down a bit. I have a business meeting right now. And if you could pass on to me that new manga and light novel that just came out from production Apple tomorrow that would be great, Mako-kun. They said it was going to be an early release. Put it on our card.

Mera: Dad! She's bullying me again! Saying big words that I don't get!

Mako: No, I'm not. You're just pretty fucking stupid.

Ojisan: Now, now girls. Just try to get along okay? I'm sorry, I don't have time to spare. Tell me about it over dinner okay Mera dear?

Mera: But dad…

Mako: Oh right, Ojisan. Here's that figurine you wanted the other day.

Ojisan: Oh what!? That's subarashii! Arigato Mako-kun. You've been a real help to me in these troubling times. How much do I owe you? Or did you charge it to my card already?

Mako: Oh! I just got it from a friend for free. No need to charge me on it since I didn't spend a single cent. But in return maybe could I smoke here?

Ojisan: Ah… I still don't know how I feel about tobacco especially since this is Mera's room. Maybe carry an ashtray?

Mera: But Dad! This is my room!

Ojisan: I know but we have to thank her somehow. This is a limited edition Oregairu Yukinon figurine! They haven't even translated the text for the english sale yet I have it now! Honto ni arigatou Mako-kun. Anyways, please keep the noise down.

And with that, her disgusting dad left the room. I look back to the now pouting Mera. She's going to be really annoyed by that. Picking the right time for her dad to enter and ignore her or something. I'm going to make her regret trying to be friendly with me. Maybe I'll even be her new step mom, that way I wouldn't need to work a day in my life.

Mera: I know you're just trying to suck up to my dad to keep your job! I'm not that obvious!

Mako: You mean oblivious, numnuts?

Mera: What!? I meant that! Yeah!

Mako: Numnuts?

Mera: No! Geez! Why are you the way that you are! I'll be sure to get you fired for sure! No more money for annoying people like you!

Mako: You think I'm in it for the money?

Mera: Why wouldn't you be?

Mako: Man, you're real fucking stupid. If I wanted money then I would've sucked up even hard. I'm here for something bigger. But why would I tell a peanut brain like you?

Mera: You really are the worst aren't you?

I walked up to the now shaking Mera, her shaking made me feel good. Something about making someone scared just made things feel right. Stupid but rich people like her don't deserve anything! It pisses me off how lucky someone like her can live without a care. Getting shit done without even lifting a finger. I picked up a small cigarette from my small cigarette holster on my arm and lit it up. Smoked a few fumes to her dumb face then exstinguished it on her cup of juice.

Mako: No, I'm the best.
