"Hey." Peia said as she came over to the high table and sat down.
"Hey." Jeremy replied. "Is everything okay?"
"Are you mad at me, for pretty much throwing out my career like that?" She asked.
"No, I am not." He replied. "As I said earlier, I am pleased that you did something that makes your life a lot easier and more enjoyable and less stressful." Peia smiled, as the event staff started to serve the dinner. "Let's just take a moment to appreciate the fact that so many people came out to celebrate with us, even if we didn't get married." Jeremy said as the plates of vegetarian lasagna and Salmon filet.
"May I have a dance?" Jeremy asked as Peia finished up her lasagna, offering her his hand. She smiled and took it.
"You may," She replied, as the pair of them stood up from the table and went down to the dancefloor.
"Hey, are you ready to go home?" Peia asked Jeremy. "Because I am."
