"That's, for now, please be reminded of your assignments for the next meeting!" The instructor said as it was about to end the class where Zara and Ella were in.
Abruptly Zara jumped out of her chair and took her bag in a hurry to the door.
"Hey, you in a hurry?" Ella asked, wondering and a bit disappointed. She got used to Zara waiting for her after class, and they will go up to the next class together. Yet this time, she seemed to have forgotten about her.
"Oh, Ella, sorry, yes, I'm in a hurry. I need to see Zandro's basketball game."
"Zandro? Do you mean the professional basketball player Zandro? He's your idol? But we still have another class." Ella just blurted out, although she never thought that Zara could be this crazy kind of fan.
"Yes, I know, but I have no time. The game will end soon. At least I had attended one of my classes." Zara was already running out to the corridor, and Ella, had no other choice, but just chose to run after Zara and catch up with some conversation.
"Really? You're going to simply disregard your study just for that Zandro?" Ella, can't help but get concerned. She pulled Zara aside, and she felt like Zara owed her some explanation.
On the other hand, even with how hectic her time was, Zara still considered explaining Ella because she already had treated her like a sister.
"Ella, Zandro is the guy I had told you," Zara explained to her with a begging expression on her face. Maybe she was begging for Zara to let her go and be on Zandro's game as soon as possible.
"You mean Zandro already knew you?" Ella asked with a very advanced assumption.
"No, not really, but maybe. Since I was always there sitting in the front in every game and if he remembered the past. But, he did throw some cute glances at me most of the time, some smiles and waves." With her dreamy face, Zara's eyes were fixed in the school building's gray ceiling while blinking rapidly.
Ella shook her head as she palmed her face. She gave up on her friend's exaggerated, childish admiration of the celebrity Zandro. "Okay, just go. I'll just email you today's lesson, and please behave! Don't be too flirty!" Ella yelled with her reminders as though she's an elder sister or a mom.
With simply just a smile and a meaningful wink as a reply, Zara left her with a flying kiss while running excitedly out of the campus. Leaving Ella quite amused and worried at the same time.

As soon as Zara reached the coliseum, she immediately took out the ticket she brought weeks ago. She actually had that one wallet where she only intended for all the tickets since she bought all the tickets ahead of time for all of Zandro's games.
Hastily, Zara rushed towards the usual seat she occupied in the very front of the court. The game was already in the fourth quarter. She immediately darted her eyes towards the Tallest player in both teams. His long hair that was dyed with white is tied into a man bun, exposing the clean-shaven scalp under it.
While the players were having a little break, Zara stared at him in agape with her hands under her chin and with a dreamy smile and eyes focused only on Zandro.
Zandro pulled his sleeveless basketball shirt uniform up to wipe out the sweat in his face with it, exposing the chiseled abs under it that undeniably took out Zara's breath.
She was not actually concerned about what was happening in the game. She didn't even know or care who won or lost, all she knew was that Zandro already won her heart, and she was still fighting to win his attention. Which is kind of hard since she's not alone in that battle she got a terrible opponent.
Zara's face twitched as she heard the other fans screaming on Zandro's name beside and behind her. Zandro noticed his name being called and took his gaze towards Zara's direction before shooting the two points throw.
Zara, was in a daze as her eyes met his, and then he winked. She was not the one screaming to him, but she got that solid feeling that it was on her that Zandro pointed his gaze.
The game ended, and fans were crowding their way towards the players' locker room exit. Zara was one of them. Pressed with the crowd shoulders to shoulders, covered in sweat and the scent of mixed perfume and sweat together. But none of them was backing up, nor any of those basketball players' fans, as well as Zara, especially most of them, were screaming Zandro's name.
Of course, he was the one who got the most fans since he excelled in every aspect against his other teammates. The tallest, most charming, MVP, and the most appealing of them all. He was like the sporty Adonis. Face and body in perfection.
Being in the midst of all those fans. Zara knew that it would be impossible for her to get Zandro's attention or even be able just to see him.
And. that could only mean that her being there and cutting her classes would be useless. She pushed herself out of the crowd to stay a little farther away from the door when Zandro and his teammates came out. The clamors caused the shrill and screams of the fans, giving Zara a little pang in the head.
Now she began to lose her drive to see Zandro, she knew there are always times when she would be lucky enough to get near him, yet there were also some cases that she found it too hard even to see him behind all the fans.
She tried to walk away, about to give up, when she saw a familiar car parked in the most hidden part of the parking lot. Being Zandro's fan long enough, she knew that it was his car, a black pickup truck. She can even remember the plate number and that she was sure it was Zandro's car.
Then, she saw security guards coming their way to the car. They must be getting the player's car and something in Zara's mind that sparked an idea.
