I knew by the strands of mana around it, that inside was one of the Mana Beasts who were posing as humans. I couldn't let Nakatami die. Not again. I had to act, and fast. The car had pulled up in front of his house. I focused on controlling my mana, I was going to unleash the Fire Mage's strongest move, the Dragon Of Flame. It was going to be hard without a Staff or the Interface System, but I was going to try my best.
The car door opened. A man in a suit came out. It was actually a Tier 5 Mana Beast. This was on a different level than anything I'd experienced in the Tower before. At my current level, I wouldn't be able to scratch him, even with Dragon Of Flame. But I knew somebody who could. Nakatami. The Super Awakening had greatly increased his power, far beyond my expectations. And now, he was his only hope. I waited there, waiting for Nakatami to notice it. Nothing happened. The Beast was standing still outside his home.
Nakatami still didn't do anything. 'Please..' I silently begged. And then, he finally used his powers. I knew his mom would be out at work so it would be fine to use his powers. The basic Wind Skill, Tornado. He had the Interface System, so it would be easy to use it. Even the Basic Skill blew away his opponent. He got caught in the Tornado. As he spun around, his mana threads snapped, killing him. I was shocked. If this was his Basic Skill, how powerful would his Advanced Skills be? This was the true power of a Wind Mage.
