Thana frowned at the fact that the prince could use an entirely different identity in the open while he continued to dwell and be extremely curious about her changing appearance. She never knew that the prince could be such a hypocrite. But she kept these thoughts to herself.
She would not want another round of intense conversation where it was mostly him threatening her in the middle of the peaceful lobby. So she had quietly walked behind Maximilian while he followed the butler to what seemed to be a shaky elevator with tinted glass walls that exposed what pulled the elevator upward. It had no doors so they walked right in.
The three of them went inside the elevator and the butler pushed the leaver up. The elevator makes an unusual sound but only for a short time before it abruptly shakes, catching the guests in surprise but they remain calm. It starts to move up with a creaking sound.
