Prince Maximilian sets his pamphlet down on the coffee table. He moves on his couch into a position where he can give his fullest attention and at the same time, be comfortable. He did not break eye contact with Thana while he did this and when he was done, he simply nodded in agreement to her terms.
"I think it's a part of an interrogation to be honest, don't you think? As long as I see the truth in your words then you will be safe. I do not like people who work their way out with lies," Maximilian forewarns.
He gestured his hand with a brief question, "what made you want to get through with this right now?"
Thana shrugs, "I just thought maybe since we have this time together now, we can talk? I would not want to prolong this because it's not like I'm trying to hide anything."
"If you're worried about getting back, a carriage will be sent here at dawn tomorrow," Maximilian ensures Thana.
"Thank goodness for that."
