Yvann hesitated, but followed Szeina anyway. Not expecting what to see when he joined her, he couldn't comprehend the extraordinary place he landed.
He had only seen pictures on the internet and in his science textbooks before. He never imagined he'd have the opportunity to see the northern lights in person.
Potent patterns of colorful lights curtained the entirety of his surroundings. It flickers from time to time, making it hard for him to concentrate.
He expected to find Szeina, but she seemed to be nowhere in sight.
"Szeina?" he tried, his voice echoing as he waited for the others to follow as well.
He waited until he felt certain that it was taking them longer to come through. Yvann noted he was either losing his mind or if no one else really followed after him.
"Szeina?" he called out for the second time. Still, she was nowhere to be seen, and his voice was the only thing that echoed around him.
