The fight soon ended though Aizawa had far fewer injuries than being as shattered as he was in the anime. This was all thanks to Masa shielding him from damage almost the entire time. He still had a few broken bones but only his arms and ribs and elbow but that's about it. The fight ended after All Might sent the Nomu flying and what she saw made her gasp, causing Midoriya look over and look back to All Might. "All Might! It's Nakama!!!! She's here!!!!" He exclaimed loudly, making All Might look over and sigh.
"Aizawa will be happy to see her again. Let's go get him and Recovery Girl. She will be happy to see him after all this and he will finally start taking care of himself again." He called one of the teachers over and pointed to Nakama who had seemingly disappeared and the teacher just looked at him like he was crazy. "Just send Aizawa over there." The teacher slowly nodded and went off to go talk to Aizawa while All Might and Midoriya went out the back door, getting into an ambulance the ended them up in Recovery Girl's office. As soon as Aizawa was informed Nakama was there, he rushed over to where she was last seen.
"Rhea! It's Kronos! You're safe now! Let's get you taken care of yeah? Deal with any injuries you may have?" He called out, confusing everyone who heard him but Nakama came out from where she was hiding and walked over but stopped a foot away from him, not wanting him to know about her missing hands and three quarter arm. She smiled at him but didn't move closer and he sighed while she was just happy to see him again. She just let him talk to her while she listened as she always has. She wanted to hug him, to be held by him but something told her that if he knew what they took from her, he'd either expel her or debunk her from the hero course or just toss her out of his world and those were some of the things she feared most in the world. "I don't expect you to start talking today but please, at least give me a hug?" He took a few steps closer after speaking but stopped when she stepped away and shook her head. "Are you ok Rhea? You seem a little down." She panicked a little but quickly nodded her head. He didn't believe her and pulled her close using his scarf and hugged her once she was within reach. "Don't lie to me." He held her tighter as she broke down crying. He was confused when he didn't feel her hug back or feel her hands against his chest or her right arm. 'What did they do to you Rhea?' He moved her away and watched her look down and away from him while he rolled her sleeves up to see that she was missing both hands and most of her right forearm. "Is this why you didn't want to hug me?" He watched her nod and use her legs to roll her sleeves back down while he sighed and pulled her into another hug. "I need you just as much as you don't want to lose me so I'm giving you a choice. Continue the hero course with or without amputations, go to the support course or completely drop out of UA." She nodded her head saying she wanted to stay in the hero course and with her limbs granted they'd be cybernetic and shook her head to every other option he gave. Aizawa nodded and put his hand on her head as he yawned. "Alright, it's about time I got some sleep."
She mouthed the words, "How long?" He sighed and knew he couldn't lie to her and hung his head, rubbing the back of his neck.
"I haven't slept since you went missing but that doesn't matter. I'll take better care of myself and while I do that, I want you to go to Recovery Girl and let her help you with those then go to Power Loader and get yourself set up with prosthetics. Will you do that while I take care of myself?" She nodded and walked a few steps away before turning and in her own way, telling him she knew All Might's secret and All Might knew she knew. Aizawa was shocked that All Might let her see him so vulnerable but didn't show it and went outside to see the kids swarming Nakama while she was visibly trying to answer but being overwhelmed. "Alright, let's start heading back. You all need your bags and we have to get you all home. Everyone get onto the bus." Everyone obliged and got on the bus while Nakama stuck close to Aizawa who didn't mind it and finally relaxed enough to sleep for the first time since she was kidnapped. 'She won't be going anywhere while we are moving. No villain or hero has the power to teleport like that.' A few students began asking questions again, slower and fewer at a time but she didn't answer any of them.
"Why aren't you talking to us anymore? What happened?" Kaminari asked, a little irritated and she just looked down, sensing this and it saddened her that she couldn't respond.
"We should let her have her space. She will tell us when she is ready." Iida said and earned gratitude from Masa while the former just nodded and got everyone to leave her be again but walked over and asked his own questions while people were calling him a hypocrite. "You aren't speaking after not being here the past few days.... Were you kidnapped?" She nodded. "By who?" She pointed back towards the USJ. "The L.O.V?" She nodded again and looked over to see their reactions. Most were shocked and angry, some pitied her, others were glad it was her and not them. "Are you able to speak?" She shook her head. "I am so sorry." He reached over to put his hand on her shoulder and she flinched away and into Aizawa who just pulled her close and she calmed down due to his touch. Iida pulled his hand back. "Sorry for not asking first. Is there anything else they did to you?" She nodded and held up the one arm she had and looked at it then looked to where her other one would be. "They did something to your arms?"
"That's enough Tenya. Leave her be and sit down. We are almost back at school. That goes for the rest of you all." She put her head on his chest since she didn't have hands. They got back to school, Aizawa told them that they had eight days of a break because the sports festival was coming and Masa went to Power Loader and smiled.
"Welcome back! I know why you are here so let's get started shall we?" He said while Mei just nodded and so did Masa. "By the way, I got your bow staff done. I think we should reengineer it again to deal with the cybernetic stuff we are making for you." She nodded and looked around for her staff. "In the back room. Will you let me roll your sleeves up or would it be easier to take your shirt off?" She just sighed and stomped twice before Mei butted in.
"Alright, there's a spare room in the back. Which of us do you want to make them for you?" Mei asked and looked between her and Power Loader. Masa thought of the explosion that happened a while ago because of one of Mei's inventions and shook her head. "You want a girl to do it but don't want things exploding on you huh?" Masa nodded and chuckled. "Ok, I'll see who is available. Are you ok with being shocked?" Masa nodded as being shocked was nothing compared to losing a limb. Mei went and got a girl who agreed to do this for her though told Mei that it might take a while for them to be good enough to be worn. Masa then went to the back room and they got started on making the extremities which took almost a week to be fully finished. Masa stayed at school the entire time and made sure it had everything that would make them able to keep her normal life, aspects of her Safeguard quirk and made sure all parts were waterproof so she could shower and bathe and swim and all that good stuff.
With the remaining week, Masa trained herself physically, learning and mostly mastering how things were going to work with her new arm and hands and trained her quirk to work with the prosthetics, not once going back to her mom until they found a way to hide the fact that her hands and right arm were robotic. They developed a material that was like skin in the fact that it was warm and felt like skin and was her skin tone. By then, the school sports festival was here and while she was training herself, the development studio had collaborated with each other to reengineer her staff again and partially make a device that gave her a human voice again, without her knowledge, and she was thankful to them all for everything they had done. While Masa hugged every last person in the room as her thank you, Power Loader said gently, "No problem Nakama. This is what we want to do for others. Come back in a few days, we have another one for you. Now, get going, the Sports Festival is today. We will be rooting for you." She nodded and ran out to meet her class mates after putting her P.E clothes on.
When she got there, she waved and smiled. Iida walked over and reached out to put his hand on her shoulder and she just hugged him, shocking everyone in 1-A, but he hugged back and sighed. "So cheerful even after what you have been through. It gives me hope for humanity." She giggled after Iida said that and let go. Then the Sports Festival started and Midnight began to explain things. Masa was slowly reverting back to normal.
(Her right arm is completely mechanical from the shoulder down and has a matte black metal on the outside that reacts to the same brainwaves that would move her biological arm. Her hand looks the same as her arm and the hand reacts to the same brainwaves that would move and operate her biological hand.)
