The next morning, as soon as Hana stepped out of the subway station, two people stood beside her: Mari on the right, Yuuto on the left.
Then, before Hana could say a single word, they lifted her up on either side, placing their arms under each of her arms; before forcibly directing her to the side of the sidewalk and out of the stream of people coming and going to work.
"What... Wait..." She managed to say.
The duo didn't listen to her, continuing to escort her as if she were a suspect being taken in custody to the police station by two burly guys. Except that here, they were two office workers, one a man dressed casually, the other a woman dressed elegantly. Nothing threatening about this.
