Arielle hurried to maru river she couldn't help but think of what Energía told her about Rukky, Rukky her best friend whom she had known all her life was not a werewolf how could it be? she needed to speak to Rukky urgently.
When she got to the maru river many werewolves were already in the river and some busy in the cave she was sure rukky and Jedidiah must have been busy themselves before she came, she was aware of the affair between them but since they didn't tell her about it she pretended not to know.
Arielle stood at the bank of the river searching for Rukky and Jedidiah, after a few minutes of looking, the two emerged out of the river in only their underwears almost everyone in the river was naked, Rukky shook her head to get rid of the excess water dripping down her body, that act drew the attention of some males in the river who started whistling and motioning her to come to them.
"Hey Rukky, come swim with us. " one said.
"Rukky baby comes let me give you a good time." another yelled.
"Rukky honey don't listen to them come to me let me treat like a queen."Micky mused.
He was one of Jeremiah's friends who has had a crush on rukky for a long time. In response to their flattering words, Rukky flashed them a beautiful smile displaying her perfect white teeth and opened her mouth to reply to them but was interrupted by a seemly jealous Jedidiah.
"Don't bother her you fools ."Jedidiah growled.
"But Jed, man I am not making fun of her I will treat her like a queen."Micky said defending himself.
Jedidiah threw him a sideways glance and went to get their clothes. He didn't want these fools looking at his girl especially Micky, he once asked Rukky if she were to sleep with another guy in the park who it would be and the disrespectful girl said it would be Micky, this made him dislike Micky all the more.
Jedidiah handed Rukky her clothes but as she wore them, she attracted more bystanders stares from both males and females. The both of them walked up to Arielle who has been quietly enjoying the scene, she was thankful that they hadn't started with her, normally has drawn comments from bullies and haters.
"Rukky is so lucky no one hates her." she thought...
"Hey girl, where have you been."Rukky asked enthusiastically as she moved towards Arielle for a hug.
"In my special place sorry I zoned out on you guys. " Arielle mused with droopy eyes.
Jedidiah, "At least leave your mind link open, I had to call you a 100 ti..."
"50 times." Arielle corrected Jedidiah.
He rolled his eyes and said, "Whatever ever just don't make us worry again."Jedidiah said as he pinched her nose, Arielle backed away before he attacked he again.
"Rukky we need to talk." Arielle said on a serious note, facing Rukky.
Rukky, "Sure what about?"
"Privately."Arielle replied swiftly.
"Hmmmmm suddenly I feel left out."Jedidiah said with a fake frown.
Arielle," Hahahaha sorry dude I really need to speak with Rukky privately."
"Am going to hang out with my brother in the Arena mind link me when you girls are done gossiping."Jedidiah altered and walked away, but not without giving Rukky a lewd look only she understood.
After he left Rukky led Arielle led to her house. Rukky stayed alone, according to the park members she was abandoned by everyone after her parents died on the blue moon night because and for that reason, they deemed her cursed, according to them her mother died after childbirth and her father was killed by bears and she was left alone in this world, she was cared for by the park nursing mothers till she turned ten and since then she had lived alone.
"We are here... so what's so private that you couldn't say in front of Jed." Rukky asked as they entered her house.
"I spoke with my wolf today..."Arielle spoke in a whisper.
Immediately Rukky heard those words, she raised her hands to the ceiling of her cottage then placed her index finger on her mouth to motion Arielle not to speak.
Arielle was confused but obeyed and made a sign with her hands that her mouth is zipped, but to her greatest surprise, a blue light escaped from Rukky's fingers then went around Rukky's house like a force field, but just as it appeared it disappeared.
As if understanding her confusion Rukky flashed her a warm reassuring smile and Arielle somehow managed to calm down a bit. Rukky then gestured Arielle to seat on the sofa while she sat down on an armchair opposite her.
"Wait...! did you just do magic!" Arielle asked with wide eyes, she was overwhelmed with the whole situation, first, she met the most magnificent creature ever and now Rukky is doing magic? , she should be freak her out right??? Right?
"Something like that."Rukky replied casually as if Arielle was aware all this time.
"Barrel spell?" won't that draw unwanted attention to us?"Arielle asked timidly.
"No, it's a soundproof barrel anything can pass through but no one can hear a sound even if they enter the house." Rukky explained.
After a long pause, Arielle finally spoke.
"I met my wolf today..." she trailed off.
"Woah a guardian has been activated."rukky squealed excitedly ."Am so glad I got to witness it."
Arielle, "Guardian? what the hell are you talking about?"
Rukky leaned forward, "Tell me, tell me how does she look, what does she look like, please girl talk am getting impatient."
"Amazing, divine, godly, proud, and powerful."Arielle swings her hands as she remembered her proud wolf who has been silent all this while.
"Geeee! I had always wanted to see her, too bad I only see her eyes through yours."Rukky murmured feeling as if she missed the birth of a child.
Arielle, "You see her eyes through mine?"
"Yes, since you were a child I could see her sliver whitish eyes and feels the raw power radiating out of your body."Rukky spoke enthusiastically...
