He ruffled his neat hair, feeling his body heat up. He unbuttoned his suit and threw it on the couch.
"Stop crying; the sound of your tears frustrates me!" the man shouted again. He bent over Vira's face, challenging the eyes of the girl still crying in front of him.
"Sob, you made me cry!" Vira raised her hand.
The man's grip left a red mark on her wrist. Without another word, he slammed her onto the mattress.
"Okay," the man said, somewhat understanding. "I'm sorry I pulled your hand and slammed you earlier. But can you stop crying on our wedding day?"
Vira shook her head weakly. But what was even sadder was that she was married now! This man had been rude to her on the first day of their wedding.
"Huaaa!!!" Vira burst into tears again!
"Shhhhhhh!!" The man tried to make Vira stop crying.
"Can you stop?" But Vira was still sobbing, making the man even more upset.
He forcefully covered her mouth with his palm, trying to stop the crying, but the girl bit his palm.
"Ouch! Ouch, it hurts, stupid!" Vira didn't care about the man's curses.
The groom grimaced in pain.
Vira pulled the veil off her head and slammed it onto the bed.
"Who are you, and why do I have to marry you, huh?"
The man frowned; they both looked confused.
The two stared at each other for a moment.
"I'm Vino. You're Lisa, right?"
"Huaaaaa!!!!"
Vino closed his ears, unable to bear the girl's cry. Vira's shrill voice could crack his eardrums.
"I'm Vira, not Lisa! Fuck Lisa!!" Vira shouted while throwing her heel in any direction. Vino tried to avoid her thrown heel.
"So you're not Lisa? Why didn't you say something earlier?"
The girl stared intently at the man, who had just said his name was Vino, her gaze sharp as a razor.
"Damn, your subordinates are so unprofessional! How could your servants not recognize Lisa and me, huh?"
"Wait..." Vino raised his palm and tried to think for a moment.
Vira put her hands on her waist, still annoyed, remembering what had happened this morning.
Arriving at the airport, she was immediately whisked away in a luxury car. She couldn't refuse, and now she was too late.
"Lisa or Vira? Who's my mate?" Vino asked himself.
"Whatever!" Vira shouted. "What matters is it's not me. I came here because I wanted to go to college. College! Not to get married!"
Vino shook his head weakly. "Then what about the marriage agreement we made in front of the priest? What do you think?"
"What agreement?" Vira was even more surprised.
"You said you would marry me, be my wife, have children, and live with me until my father agreed to pass all his property to me!"
What?! What kind of agreement was that? Vira made a strange face, not understanding. "I've never heard of such a weird agreement like that!"
"Seriously?" Vino glared at her and scolded, pointing an index finger at her chest.
"Hey, watch your finger!" Vira pushed his finger away, not letting it touch her chest.
"I don't understand what agreement you're talking about. It has nothing to do with me." Vira intended to leave the luxurious building where they had just been married. "So, bye!"
Before leaving, it would be good for Vira to change clothes and clean up her makeup.
As she stared at her messy face in the cellphone screen, she surprised herself.
Hmm, crazy, I'm so ugly, she thought.
But wait a minute!
"Eh, what were we blessing before God, binding wedding vows?" Vino smirked and nodded in agreement to Vira's question.
She just realized she had married the man standing in front of her. What was his name again?
"Vi, Vino... Oh yeah, Vino!" Vira's voice trembled. "Vi, Vino, can I just go home or not?"
Vino glared at the girl in front of him, his eyes narrowing slightly.
"Sorry to say, but I had to marry quickly so I can legally inherit from my father. If I don't get married, my father's inheritance will automatically go to my younger brother if he gets married first. So please... bury your dream of leaving my side," Vino smiled, grinning in a chilling way.
"But your bride was Lisa, not me!"
"Want Lisa, want Day-after-tomorrow, want Visa... the important thing is I'm married. That's all. No need to talk much. It's better if you take a shower now!"
Vira caught the towel Vino threw at her. He told her to take a shower? Surely he meant they were going to sleep together?
Usually, when people get married and take a shower... Vira shook her head in horror.
Wow, why is my mind so perverted?
"What's wrong with you?" Vino asked.
"You told me to take a shower; you want to sleep with me!" Vira exclaimed, covering her chest with the towel.
Vino took a step forward, bringing his face close to hers.
Ouch, he wants to kiss me for sure!
"Please, look in the mirror!" Vino scolded.
"If you don't have one, it's a BIG one on the table!!"
Vira followed Vino's forefinger, and she saw the reflection of her face with smudged mascara, unkempt hair, and tear-streaked makeup.
"Geez, who is that? Please, tell me where the exit is. I want to leave immediately!" Vira muttered as she walked toward the bathroom. Is that me or a freakin' black-witch from another world?
Vino folded his arms across his chest, glaring at Vira as she walked to the bathroom.
"I'm crazy... How could I like a girl model like that!" Vino grunted, sneering at Vira's back sarcastically.
"I think all girls are unattractive! I just need my father's legacy and my position!" Vino said firmly to himself.
Damn it, young CEO mercenary! He hasn't even known love yet. Once he does, even a cat's shit will taste like chocolate! Just wait and see.
