Caleb P.O.V
Meeting with my mom went better than expected, but now we're about to tell our teachers. I'm sure they'll be supportive, but I'm worried I'll have to leave the school permanently. I don't want that to happen; this has been my dream for years.
I let out a small sigh as I glance around at the school once more. For all I know, this could be one of the last times I get to. A hand slides into mine, and I'm greeted with my boyfriend looking at me, a comforting expression plastered onto his face.
I offer up a nervous smile and begin dragging him with me towards the front of the building. We walk through the winding corridors until we finally reach the tall, looming door of the conference room we're meant to meet the teachers in. Just as I reach for the handle, someone opens the door from inside.
I gasp and jump back slightly, but my tense muscles relax when I see that it's just Coach Tyler. With his hands, he gestures for us to enter the room, and we oblige, sitting on two of the black chairs. He and Mr Collins take a seat across from us, serious looks on their faces.
"Hello Caleb, Aidan.", Mr Collin starts, his voice monotonous. "I'm glad to see you're both well, but I would like to know the meaning behind this supposed meeting. Care to share?", he rests his conjoined hands on the table standing between us, and I feel anxiety tug at my chest.
"O-of course, sir! We came to address a... personal issue with you today.", I explained, silently hoping Aidan would help with explaining the rest.
"Would you mind elaborating on this 'personal issue' for your coach and me, Mr Micheals?", our teacher prods, sounding almost tired. I vigorously nod and tap my foot to calm myself. "Anytime today, Caleb."
"Yes, sir! You see, we've become faced with quite a bizarre situation. Over the past few weeks, Aidan and I discovered we were expecting and, well, we thought it would be best to personally discuss the matter with you both,", I rush out.
The two teachers in front of us turn pale, and I anxiously reach for Aidan's hand, seeking comfort. He grabs my hand and places our now intertwined ones on his knee. I blush gently, but regain my composure and focus back on my two shell-shocked teachers.
"Well, boys, this is a truly unique situation you're in, huh?", Coach Tyler starts, an awkward chuckle following his statement. We both nod, wondering what he's going to say next. "I and Mr Collins will discuss it with the other teachers, but I'm confident that this won't affect your course too much."
I breathe a sigh of relief and a smile cracks onto my lips. "T-thank you so much, coach!", I stutter out, utterly overwhelmed with happiness. He laughs again and shakes his head before looking between the both of us.
"Aside from the professional matters, I'd like to congratulate you boys and say that I think you'll both be truly amazing fathers.", he adds. Mr Collins nods and offers up a small smile in our direction that Aidan and I both return. "We'll let you boys continue your day now while we discuss this with the faculty. Have a wonderful day, you two!"
We scurry out of the room and to the dorm building that was conveniently placed just five minutes away. As we walk through the door, the whole class turns toward us and they immediately smile, making room on the couches for us.
"Hey guys, where've you been all day?", Riley asks from beside me. I look to Aidan, and he nods before beginning to explain the day's events. Everyone smiles and says how happy they are that our situation shouldn't affect anything, and I can't help but grin at how many people support us no matter what, and vice versa.
Before long, it's around 7 pm, and most people have gone their separate ways, spare for Felix and a few others. Aidan and I were just about to head up to his dorm as well, but neither of us wanted to move from the couch, so we stayed there for a little longer before finally deciding we had to move.
After changing into some more comfortable clothes and brushing my teeth, I put a movie on the tv and sat at the edge of the bed, waiting for Aidan to be done with his routine.
He walked back into the room a few minutes later, shirtless with a towel hanging around his neck and boxers hanging on his waist. Water dripped from the ends of his raven hair, and in the dim light of the dorm room, I could make out the shape of his abs. I blushed profusely at the sight and quickly buried my face in the closest thing I could find.
I felt a dip in the bed next to me a few seconds later and looked back up to find a pair of blue and green eyes dangerously close to mine. My breath hitched, and as I scanned his face I noticed the smirk that graced his lips. I gulped and backed away, while he leaned forward, his hot breath prickling my skin.
Giving me no time to react, he pressed his lips to mine and grabbed my sides, pulling me closer to him. I placed my hands on either side of his face after getting over the initial shock and kissed back.
Soon enough, he had me pinned to the bed, hovering above me as we broke the kiss to catch our breaths. I panted quietly, positive that I resembled a tomato at that moment. My eyes fluttered to the man hovering above me, and I noticed the goofy smile he wore.
Pushing myself up on my elbows, I asked, "What's with the silly smile?". His grin widened, and he pulled me towards his bare chest, making it so that I was practically on top of him with his face in the crook of my neck. My hands rested on his shoulders, still confused as to why he seemed so chirpy.
"I just love you so much, Caleb. I'm relieved that our parents know now, too.", he mumbled, placing light kisses on my jawline. I smiled and put a hand on his head, fiddling with the baby hairs on the back of his neck.
"Me too, babe, me too.", I whispered, a yawn escaping my lips as I did so. He sat up and released me from his grip, laying down on the bed.
"Come on. We've had a long day and I'm sure tomorrow will be something eventful, knowing our class.", he comments as he pulls me down next to him. I only nod, feeling a sudden wave of exhaustion overtake me. He wraps an arm around me, and I melt into his warm embrace without hesitation.
He lets out a low laugh before pulling the sheets over us and settling into a more comfortable position. He placed a light kiss to my forehead and mumbled, "Sleep well, love", before everything faded to darkness.
