Abigail stayed overnight at the Piers' old mansion for the first time.
The nanny and Kelly had been exhausted these past few days. Abigail had to persuade them to rest in the next room so she could be on night watch alone.
The weather in April was very comfortable. Even with the doors and windows closed, the baby's room wasn't stuffy, making it much more pleasant than the storage room Abigail stayed in at Green's Mansion.
The little one was still in the stage of sleeping once fed, having only eating and pooping needs. When satisfied, the baby was very well-behaved.
Abigail lay on one side, finally having time to observe this baby who was only ten days old.
"Hi, I'm Mom!"
The little one slept soundly, completely undisturbed.
Abigail couldn't help but smile, but after laughing, she felt a weight. She and Brandon Piers had a contract for a year. How would she stay with Teddy after that year ended?
