Minogata jumps back and creates space. "Earth Style: Spikes Of Death!" Minogata yelled. Naruto jumped off the ground several feet in the air, dodging a rushed of spikes coming out of the ground.
"Wind Style! Great Breakthrough!" Naruto yelled sending a rush of wind cutting the spikes in half and landed gracefully back on the ground.
"He easily got ride of my spikes. His wind jutsu is strong. I'll have to try something else." Minogata thought. "Earth Style: Fist Of Stone!" Minogata yelled rushing Naruto.
Naruto sidestepped and ducked under a punch, he then caught Minogatas left leg that was meant to he a kick.
"He's fast, but I got him now." Minogata thought. He jumped and tried to kick Naruto in the back of the head with his right leg, but it was also caught by Naruto. Minogata used the momentum as he was falling to swing down and back up and going for a punch to the head with his stoned fist.
"To slow." Naruto said dodging it and slamming him into the ground. The slam picked up dust. Naruto jumped back and dodged shuriken coming out of the dust. Minogata walked out with his right still incased in stone, and his left has a kunai.
"I will win!" Minogata charged and went for a kick. Naruto caught the kick and threw Minogata. Minogata twisted in the air and threw the kunai at Naruto. Naruto side stepped dodging the kunai, Minogata smiled at this.
"Got you." Minogata thought as a clone popped out of the ground. "I will win! Ultimate Punch Of The Stoned Fist!" Minogata yelled hitting Naruto with enough force to knock a building down. The ground cratered as dust covered the field. No one could see the outcome of the punch.
-Crowd-
"Amazing. He seemed to outsmart the blonde." One watcher said.
"Yes. It seems he was winning, but was able to outsmart him." A villager agreed.
"What are you planning?" A silvergaired jounin thought.
-Hokage box-
"That was quite the punch. I wonder it Taruto is ok." The Hokage said outloud.
"You still have confidence in that brat?" The Kazekage asked.
"Yes."
-Battle ground-
The dust cleared showing Minogata. His fist inches away from Narutos face, stopped by a cloak of water surrounding his body. "What is this?" Minogata asked. Naruto was in a cloak of water. Naruto jumped back and dispearsed it.
"Like my new trick?" Naruto asked.
"Yes, it is very intresting." Minogata replied.
"Well. I was only able to activate it a week ago." Naruto said.
-Flashback-
Naruto was sitting by a tree stairing at a stream. It was flowing peacefully and smoothly. "If only my chakra would do that." Naruto thought. "Wait..." Naruti hit himself in the head.
"Water isn't like wind or lightning! It should flow, not spark or run rampant!" Naruto thought sitting down in a meditative position. He focused on his chakra. Trying his best to make it flow like a stream.
"Ok. Now."Naruto said as he held up his hand and made a ball of water and tried to disperse it through his body. It succeeded and made a water cloak. "Awesome!" Naruto shouted, but quickly fell to his knees and choked. The cloak dispersed.
"Note to self. Don't try to talk, or breath when in water." Naruto thought. " It takes a toll on my body, but not nearly as much as the other two considering I can just make this flow instead of having to disperse it and keep in a limited area." Naruto thought.
-Flashback end-
"It was strong enough to stop my punch." Minogata commented.
"Yes. It very reliable at stopping stuff." Naruto replied. Minogata got in a Taijutsu stance.
"You are a very worthy opponent. You are much stronger than the Uchiha. I was able to play around with him, but you seem to be the one playing." Minogata commented.
"Yes. It seems to be that way. I knew you switched with a clone. I'm actually impressed you had enough chakra left to make a shadow clone at your level." Naruto replied.
"Thanks...I guess. All I ask his you put everything into this Taijutsu battle, even if you knock me out with one punch." Minogata told Naruto. Naruto shrugged his shoulders in response.
"Ok." Naruto replied.
"Secret Technique: Rushing Stream Of Fists!" Minogata yelled as he moved faster than he has before. He threw a stream of strong punches. Naruto blocked all of the. Naruto caught his last fist and looked the tired Minogata in the eyes.
"I'm sorry about this, but you asked for it." Naruto said. He held up his hand and flicked Minogata in his head. Minogata flew back and hit the wall ten feet behind him. Minogata slowly fell out of the wall and landed onto the ground now knocked out.
"Winner! Taruto Oui!" The instructor yelled. The crowd broke out into cheers, some adults and some fan girls. Naruto just gave a half wave.
-Hokage box-
"Impressive. That Minogata was able to beat Saskue Uchiha without breaking a sweat, but for easily defeated by that Oui kid. Intresting." The Kazekage thought of Saskue Sharingan and almost drooled.
"Careful Orochimaru. Yiu might give away your cover with all that drool." The Hokage chuckled.
"Will Temari and Gaara please come down!" The instructor yelled. Gaara got carried down by a stream of sand, while Temari jumped down. Temari sweated a little.
"If that truly Gaara, than I have no chance. From what I remember he has a demon on him." Temari thought.
"Are both fighters ready?" The instructor asked. Gaara nodded with his nonexpressioned face.
"I forfeit!" Temari yelled out, much to the disappointment of the rest. Gaara got carried away by his sand as Temari walked back.
"Will Shijo and Neji Hyuga please come down!" The instructor asked. Shijo jumped down while Neji walked peacefully.
"Are you ready to lose to fate?" Neji asked.
"You know. I heard about how your obsessed with fate. I use to be the same way, until I lost faith in everything. Including fate." Shijo responded.
"That as of itself is fate." Neji said smirking.
"No. It was a mistake, and so was hurting that other Hyuga girl who did nothing, but love you as who you where." Shijo responded.
"She is weak! She was never meant to lead the Main Branch! I was born into the side branch. Cursed to serve the Main Branch forever! That is my fate, and today you get yours." Neji warned.
Shijo had a crazed look in his eye as he towered over Neji and looked him into the eyes. His pupils where small and you could feel the bloodlust in him. Neji started to choke.
"Do you feel my fate? Do you feel what I was fated to become?" Shijo asked.
"That's enough Shijo! You're freaking others out!" Naruto shouted. Shijo stepped back and stopped the bloodlust from leaking. Neji started to breath normally again.
"I shall defeat you." Neji sweated a bead of sweat as he said those words.
"Hatchimei!"

This wasnt that long of a chapter, but I want to give Naruto, Shjio, and Gaara there individual times to shine.
