"AHHHHHHHH!" "WOOOOOOO!" "ARGGGGG, GET IT OUT!" A woman shrieked in pain.
"COME ON ONE MORE PUSH!" A man screamed in the same manner as the woman.
"You got this, it's almost out, one more push" the nurse said calmly.
Then out popped a baby covered in blood and whatever just came out of that woman. The nurses cut the cord and wrapped up the baby in a navy blue blanket and handed the baby to the woman.
"It's a boy!" the woman said as she looked over to find her husband gone.
"Where's my husband, he was just here?" she questioned the nurse on the verge of tears.
"I'm sorry ma'am, your husband got a phone call and had to leave" the nurse said.
"Did he leave me a message or anything?" she asked.
She asked this question already knowing the answer. The nurse responded with a sympathetic no. They left the woman in the room with her baby for a couple of minutes until the baby had to go to the room down the hall with all the other babies. As she spent these minutes with her newborn baby she started to cry so hard she woke her baby and the baby started to cry too. After a while the nurses took the baby to the room and left the woman…all by herself.

It was 4 years later and the boy was now 4 years old. As a 4 year old most kids played with toys and watched tv, but this child and household was extremely different. At the age of 4 this little boy was already walking, washing dishes, and cleaning. The boy being a child didn't know that these were chores he thought were normal until he grew a little older and realized what they were and that he was tired of doing them. He even passed out a couple of times from being overworked as a child.
2008
It was a normal day and as usual the boy had many chores to do that day. When he woke up he was immediately spanked for not being up on time. This happened all the time because of how hard he works everyday he is also tired after doing everything. Even though this happened all the time it felt like this one hurt even more than usual. Being an eight year old getting a spanking was hard for any eight year old. When they got one they would cry for a little bit and be so mad at their parents but would eventually forgive them. This wasn't the case at all for this little boy. He did something so extreme every child has thought of but never went through with it. He had been thinking of this plan for years, he got everything ready, he packed bags, food, water, blankets, everything he needed to do this, and he did it. He ran away.
2013
The boy was now 13 years old and was still living on his own. He had been getting food secretly from his friends throughout the years so he wouldn't have to go back home. Everything was going fine until one of the boys told their parents and the parent tried to find the boy's mom. He thought of a plan and he started to run far away. He tried his very hardest to stay near his family just in case they came looking for him, but they didn't. The boy knew he could get a little far because no one ever saw his parents and no one had their number. He stopped by one of his last friends' houses and stocked up on everything to leave. He grabbed food, drinks, maps, and jackets. The boy took off to a new location and was never seen there again.
2014
It had been a year since he had left his hometown, his friends, and his parents. The boy had been walking and stopping for a year in different towns until he found a town he really liked. This town was quiet, but full of people and it was very lively and homey. This town was a great town called Carminous.
2021
This boy, now a man, has been living in the town of Carminous for 7 years now. He had been living alone and homeless by himself. He had no one to talk to until a little boy came up to him and befriended him. This boy gave him his very first dollar in his time living homeless. He also gave him a name because over time with people not asking his name he forgot it, but he got a new name and it was Luke. Luke had been living most of his life homeless but now he has someone to share his thoughts with even though he doesn't really have much to think about.
