It has been months since Luke had seen Tael and he knew exactly why. For the past few years life had been going so good for Luke ever since he met Tael. He had been properly fed and he felt so wanted after running away as a child. He really thought this would be forever, that he would get a job and have a really good friend to go out and have drinks with.
All of these dreams were destroyed because of a kiss which he was completely caught off guard by. He may not have as much of an understanding of how life is right now but he definitely knows what minor and adult means even though he didn't initiate the kiss. He couldn't believe that everything just went up in flames, but he also didn't know why this was affecting him so much.
Tael was 14 years old and he was 26 and he knows that he doesn't like men, at least he thinks so.
Upon realizing that Tael isn't coming back he remembered something that had happened a while ago. As Luke had enough of listening to his thoughts he decided that he would do something he never thought he would.
He packed his bags and made his way to his destination.
It took him a while to find where he was going because he had only been once but eventually he found the entrance there. He walked up to the lit up entrance of Amonos and started his search for the big company building.
Luke didn't even know if who he thought was going to be there would still be there after 5 years. He still knew that he had to try because at this point he had run out of options, was desperate, and hungry.
It took him a while to find the right direction because this city was so big and he hadn't paid much attention to it the first time he came. Even though the first time he came was also because he was looking for someone.
After walking down a couple of streets Luke starts seeing all these big buildings in the background and that's how he knows that he was getting close. He walked behind a couple more houses and made his way onto the main street where all the businesses and expensive stores were.
A couple hours in walking and he was finally there, he was at the biggest company of BLANCH CO.
There was no one outside like there was the other time he had come here, so he had to go inside just to find someone. As soon as he walked in he got horrible stares from people who probably worked there and were fancy business people. He looked around to find him but he couldn't, so he asked the lady at the little desk in the very front.
"Excuse me ma'am" Luke politely said.
"Ah yes sir how may I help you?" She asked.
"Does Chaoxiang still work here?" He questioned the lady.
"Yes sir would you like me to c-"
"LUUUKKKKKKEEEEE"
Luke turned around in freight but calmed down after he soon realized it was the scary and loud man he had met the other day, Chaoxiang.
Chaoxiang ran up to Luke and pulled him with big bear arms. Luke never paid attention to what the man looked like the last time he had seen him but he took the time to now. Chaoxiang had a nice figure with dark black hair, he wore a black turtleneck, black trench coat, and basically black everything. He looked nice.
"What are you doing back down here?" Chaoxiang asked as he leaned up against the front desk.
"I came to see you," Luke answered.
Chaoxiangs face looked a little taken back for a moment before he quickly adjusted himself and cleared his throat.
"I just needed to ask you som-"
"WELL WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY SO WE DON'T HAVE TO SIT HERE AND TALK LET'S GO GET A DRINK!" He screamed so loud for the whole company floor to hear.
They walked out of the building across the street to his car and made their way over to the bar. When they got to the bar it seemed like the people already knew him so they just got to sit wherever they wanted. Luke had never drank alcohol before so he just asked for water. He knew it wasn't going to work.
"You're not going to come to a bar and just drink water man. HE'LL TAKE 3 SHOTS" He told the man.
The man went over and started pouring a clear liquid into these small little glasses. He picked up the glasses and slid them over to the men and Chaoxiang sat there waiting for Luke to pick up a class. With these enthusiastic and frightening eyes staring him down Luke had no choice but to pick up a glass and sip it down.
He sipped the drink slowly and started to cough from the strongness of it and he sat it back down.
"Good,Good,Good"
"Now what did you need to ask me?"
"I know that you don't know me that well but I would like to try to start my life and get a job, but in order to do that I'm going to need some resources and I was just wondering if I could stay with you fo-" Luke was cut off.
"Of course man" Chaoxiang said proudly.

The two finished their drinks and went back to the car so that he could go back to work and then take Luke to his home.
Chaoxiang gave Luke a tour of the company and took him to his office. It looked almost like he was the big boss of the company just by looking at his office but really he was 6 positions from it. They both sat down and Chaoxiang got on his computer then Luke took out his textbooks and workbooks and began working.
Chaoxiang: How would you like to work here?
There was awkward silence for a moment because Luke was just taken back by the question.
Luke: Uh- Uh- Uh-
Chaoxiang: Well do you want to? I can talk to my boss and see if he could interview you?
Luke: I couldn't possibly ask you to do that.
Chaoxiang: Oh no I got you bro my boss would love a new work rat *laughs*
Luke: HAHA
Chaoxiang: Let me call him in OK?
Luke: Alrighty
Boss: So name?
Luke: Luke
Boss: Last name
Luke: I don't remember
Boss: Umm ok
Boss: Finished school
Luke: No but I have been studying Middle school, high school, and college work.
Boss: You didn't finish elementary
Luke: No sir
Boss: Ok Luke are you Homeless
Chaoxiang: SIR
Luke: It's okay. Yes sir I am homeless.
Chaoxiang: NOT ANYMORE because he's living with me and I'm going to start him a bank account and everything.
Boss: Are you living with him?
Luke Yes sir.
Boss: OK, if I let you work here you have to promise me three things.
Luke: Ok
Boss: You will work hard, You will be here early everyday, and most importantly after you make enough money you will go back to school.
Luke: YES SIR I WILL DO ALL OF IT!
Boss: OK stop yelling you got the job and you gave me a headache.
Luke: Thank you so much sir!
Boss: Ah,ah,ah you're welcome. And call me Jas don't be so formal it makes me feel old.
ALL: *Laughs uncontrollably for very long periods of time*
Jas: Oh you do know that this job is about being a bodyguard and finding missing people.
Luke: Oh. Well that's fine if it helps people.
Jas: Good well you guys get home safe.
Luke and Chaoxiang: YES SIR
Jas: ASHEEEESSSSHHHH
Jas walked out of the room and the two were left in happiness.
"So you got you a job and you start next Monday" Chaoxiang said.
"Yep and does that mean that I can't stay with you now?" a sad smile spread across his face.
"Naw of course you can still stay with me"
"You can stay anytime you want," Chaoxiang said.
"I will make sure to pay you back for every penny that you spend on me"
"It's all good man"
It's the end of the day and Luke and Chaoxiang stop by the bank to make Luke a bank account so that when he gets his first paycheck he can save some money for school. He didn't need a suit since Tael's aunt had gotten him a new suit every year. But he did need to get them cleaned and steamed so that where they went after the bank. When they were all done for the day the two went to the house and ate, drank, and played games all night.
They finally went to bed at 5:00 am to have a good morning's rest. Luke has work in two days and he's so ready for it…..
But what he's really ready for is to try to find someone who has gone missing from his life...

Hey to whoever is reading this now I'm so sorry that i have not been writing but my grades are lower than the last pickle in my jar. And unless you can stick your hands in my teachers gradebook and pick up those grades and go to the store and buy me some new ones you might have to wait a bit for new chapters. It literally took me forever to write this chapter because I have so much work including a test that I forgot to take. So therefore here is a chapter. I will try to get out another one next week before I leave. I hope you like this chapter cause he finally got himself a job and is going to get him some mula.
