MR. Finch went to the city to meet with a pastor. He just wanted to ask something about things he could not understand, but he did not directly ask about his wife's condition. He enters the church. He saw a seminarian cleaning the altar. He approached it and asked where the father is.
"Excuse me, brother." Mr. Finch politely said.
The seminarian turned to see who it was, "Oh, it is you, Mr. Finch!" he happily answered. They already know each other because Mr. Finch's family always goes to church every Sunday. "What are you doing here?"
"Is father here?"
"Yes, he is here. He's in his office. Come on, Mr. Finch. I'll just call him, please wait here." said of the seminarian and left.
Mr. Finch sat first in the front seat. While waiting for the priest, he first comforted himself by looking at the pictures hanging on the roof, on the side of the wall. He rolled his eyes at the whole picture hanging on it and he stopped at a picture. He stared intently at the demon lying on the ground as one foot rested on an angel holding a sword.
Suddenly it moved and came out of the picture. He thinks it will attack him. So, he rolled over in his seat and stood up quickly. It was also right when Father arrived.
"Oh, Mr. Finch. Are you okay?" In astonished, the priest asked because of Mr. Finch's strange behavior.
"Ah, f-father. I-I'm okay." Mr. Finch answered immediately while sweating profusely.
"Leave us alone." Father's response to the seminarian.
Father returned his attention to Mr. Finch. "What is your purpose, and you have come here?"
They both sat down and continued their conversation. "I just wanted to ask some questions, Father." said Mr. Finch.
"What are these things?"
"I know ... you always say that demons are real. But I would like to ask you again - is demons are really real?"
"Demons only hide in the dark, we may not even see them as our almighty God really does have them. Our body is the temple of our God, so we serve as a light for the lost who cannot find the way to the path of the kingdom of God. "
"My family and I always go to church here... is it also possible for demons to enter the temple - body?"
"If a person's body has a dark experience or a desire for revenge ... it is possible for a demon to enter the human body and dwell there."
"I have one last question ... can a dead person live again and return?" Mr. Finch's arms skin hairs stood up after he had said it.
"Mm ... I can't say, yes. But it is possible for the dead to rise again, but ... it is also possible that it is not the owner of the body itself who returns or the spirit owner of the body. The owner of the body may be another spirit, no matter how good it appears, but it still comes from the earth. 'Not far from the demon kingdom.'" And suddenly the church bell rang. Signal that the church is about to begin.
"Thank you, father."
"Your welcome, Mr. Finch."
"I am leaving. Thank you very much again." Mr. Finch immediately turned and walked out of the church.
Father was left alone with a wonder in his mind why Mr. Finch had asked this. However, Father ignored it and had to prepare for a baptism.
Even before Mr. Finch could get out of the church he picked up and pulled out the small bottle he was carrying. He drew holy water from a statue of an angel holding half a shell. He filled it and covered it. Then he left immediately.
While driving, he thought of passing his only child at school to say hello. The drive to Harold's school took about ten minutes. It was so close; they were probably in the same small town. When he arrived at the school he immediately went to the child's classroom after he parked the car. As he walked towards the child's classroom, he met Mrs. de Dios, one of Harold's teachers.
"Oh, hello, Mr. Finch!" persuasive greetings from Mrs. de Dios.
"Good noon, Ma'am." respectful greetings from Mr. Finch.
"No, no, no! Just call me... DD, Mr. Finch." Mrs.de Dios' voice became more seductive.
Unbeknownst to Mr. Finch that Mrs. De Dios actually like him. Mr. Finch was embarrassed to say what the teacher wanted to call himself, perhaps he already realized that this teacher really liked him.
"DD, did you see my son? Ha–" he did not finish what he wanted to say because Mrs. de Dios spoke immediately.
"Is it Harold?" Mr. Finch just nodded, and Mrs. de Dios spoke again. "The principal sent them home early because we had a meeting with the teachers later. So maybe he's back to your house."
"Ah, is that so, D-DD? Thank you very much and I'm leaving." Mr. Finch left immediately without looking at Mrs. de Dios left standing in the hallway.
"What a weird teacher," Mr. Finch said in his mind.
