IT'S time for them to rest to their beds. Mr. Finch always called their dog, Jack, before going to bed.
"Jack, where are you? It's time to sleep, buddy!" he called countless times, but there's nothing, even a single bark.
He wonders where could their dog be roaming at this hour. He didn't know that Jack has been missing for few days since Harold brought their dog to the forest to visit the graves of his wife and his son's mother.
"Jack?" he shouted, "Where are you?" And he stepped on his right foot out from their doorway. The sound of his footsteps reverberated around the balcony.
"Jack?" He continued to yell, but not even a silhouette of the dog, Jack, could be seen, and only the sound of insects responded.
Mrs. Finch, on the other hand, was busy watching him from their bedroom window, smiling maniacally. Mr. Finch was completely unaware of what had happened with their dog.
"Poor dog, it would have been better if we had just boiled it," she mumbled something to herself before laughing maniacally. But she kept increasing her volume to the point that her son and husband couldn't hear her.
Mr. Finch entered the house not long after and went straight to their room to sleep with his wife.
"Hon, how is Harold?" Mr. Finch asked worriedly.
Mrs. Finch said, "He's okay, Hon, he's sleeping comfortably," as she moved closer to her husband, who appeared to be flirting.
"I know you've been . . . not tasting a human's pleasure and you've already missed me, haven't you?" She continued to beguile, as her hands moving to her husband's reproductive organs.
Mr. Finch was unable to lie down; perhaps his body was looking for it, and he wished to taste it once more. For a few years, the couple's chamber was warm again, and Mr. Finch's night alone had been frigid. He forgot about his long-dead wife's worry and mistrust, now that she was revived and in bed with him.

Saint Harold High School
"GOOD morning, class!" warm greetings from the Lady of God—Miss de Dios.
"Good morning, Miss de Dios!" greetings from her students.
"How many times do I have to tell you idiots . . . do not call me, Mrs.!" while furious, "Say it again!"
"Good morning, Miss de Dios," they greeted once more, but gently.
"Sit down." Her students sat down. "Say present if your name is called!" she added. She began calling the names of her students one by one.
"Caballo?"
"Present, Miss!"
"Finch?"
"Present, Miss."
"Millar?"
The Lady of God became enraged when Harry couldn't respond right away because he wasn't on his own. "Millar! Do you want me to mark you as absent on my attendance record? " In a fit of rage, she almost blew smoke.
He's in tremor as he got up and said, "P-Present, Miss."
His classmates all laughed at him for standing up and for having a mind that was constantly wandering. Miss de Dios kept yelling insults. "Kemp?"
"Present, Miss."
"Reyes?"
"Present, Miss."
"Sunburgh?"
"Present, Miss."
"Wilson?"
When she called Jade Wilson, though, no one answered.
"Mr. Wilson, Jade? " She called him again and again.
Teresa Kemp answered, "I believe Jade is absent, Miss de Dios!"
Everyone shifted their attention to Jade's chair. Everyone is perplexed as to why he is absent from class. Everyone was startled because he had never missed class before, and they began making noise as though it was already in the market.
"Quiet! It's as though you're in a store! " screamed out the Lady of God, distressed.
Mrs. de Dios began her lesson, and she is speaking in front of the students while writing something on the board. The bully group is constantly talking about their friend, Jade, the bully leader.
"Are you aware of what happened to Jade?" Renz asked in whisper.
"I don't know," Raphe replied in whisper too.
"I'm not sure, either; I just ran when Harry ran," Calvin said.
They were too preoccupied with talking to notice that their surroundings were excessively quiet. "All of you in my office right now!" Mrs. de Dios abruptly yelled and stormed out of the classroom. Raph fell into the chair as a result of the four people's surprise. Harold laughed at what had happened. Raphe became aware of Harold's chuckling.
"Later, yawa!" Raphe declared audaciously.
Mrs. de Dios spoke to the four, and the timing was particularly convenient because it was lunchtime. As Harold made his way to the canteen, he and his imposter buddies both exited the building at the same moment. When he spotted them, he sped up his walk so they wouldn't overtake him, but they immediately rushed and caught up with him. He was led to a less frequently used comfort room and tortured.
"Guys? Are you certain we'll go through with it?" Harry inquired, his voice trembling.
"If you don't want to, just come out!" exclaimed Renz. "Let's simply see if Jade will resuscitate you when you enter," he continued.
So, Harry returned because he was more terrified of what Jade may do to him. Then he just stood there on the side and watched his friends slap Harold as Calvin and Raph held both of his arms.
"How do you do that?" Renz inquired as he grasped Harold's hair and attempted to lift it.
"I . . . I t-told you already, I don't know what you are all saying," Harold's response became shaky.
"You really don't want to admit, huh?" Renz exclaimed as he landed a strong blow on Harold's stomach. He fainted as a result of the terrible pain he was experiencing, and the bullies simply left him lying on the sharp floor.
