The night is cold, the moon and stars shined so bright as it hangs upon the inky indigo sky, I walked around the forest alone, the sharp wind howls, trees shaking, leaves quivering, I stop walking as I saw a flowing stream of water glowing as it reflects the moonlight.
I took a sip of it and let out a sigh of relief. I washed my face as it is painted with dirt, blood, and sweat from the mission I was assigned that is now finished. The water from the stream was freezing cold.
I collected some woods and made a small bonfire to warm myself. I prayed as I was about to have my meal.
I stared at the bright orange fire whilst eating a loaf of bread I have as a daily ration.
Just as the fire went out, I placed my sword and my pistol beside me and I placed my bag on the ground and used it as a pillow as I laid down on the grassy ground. The sound of crickets and the sound of some animals howling filled my ears.
The forest of Mid Land is filled with viciously wild creatures as well as bandits, but they no longer scare me.
My eyelids went heavy yet I was unable to sleep. I looked at the bright night sky.
The past went back to me; certain flashbacks from years ago.
I remembered the flashbacks from years ago, the memories of my adventure.
