"What the hell is a potential?" Reigga asked,
"Hm, Potentials are people able to use Potential energy in a certain way. Though I'm not sure what yours is yet." She put her hand on her head and pulled her hair hard!
"...Umm...you ok?" Reigga watch awkwardly as she pulled her hair.
"Oh, this is just how I think." She stopped to tell him then went right back to it.
"Ok," Reigga tried to ignore it. "So I'm this Potential thing, why am I it?"
She stopped pulling her hair, "It's random. They say it's an ability the gods give to random people every long once in a while. I am also a Potential." Praestantia's eyes and hair started to glow like fire. "My ability is simple. I can tell the full potential of something. I can choose how much I see." Her eyes and hair faded slowly away.
"Oh, that's pretty cool. So what's my potential?" Reigga asked while laying on his back.
"You're...weird.I tried to read it but it was like something blocked me." She sighed and tried to forget about it for right now. "Alright, that's enough of that. more training!" her voice snapped like a whip sending Reigga into a training frenzy.
Meanwhile...
"Hey, I need you both to do something for me." The headmaster was talking to Mars and Tsude. "Those kids are going to be pissed but I have a plan."
"Whenever he says that it never goes well." Mars thought to herself.
"Here's what I need you to do..."
Meanwhile in another realm
The smell of blood filled the air as a frisky wind swept the battlefield that was a training ground.
"How long have we been doing this" Kego's breathing was heavy as he spoke.
"It feels like it's been years," Julieta responded winded as well.
"So tell me...why does that crazy baster look like he's having so much fun!?" Kego looked over at Cari who was laughing while killing everything he could.
"It seems that he is what Richard called, a loon," Julieta told him while defending herself from demons.
Kego tilt's his head a little, "What the hell does that mean?"
"I never asked Richard to elaborate. So I'm not sure." She shrugs her shoulders.
Meanwhile in the other training ground.
Avery stood in front of a Lava monster with a sword going through his head and snout, towering over him by 5 feet on all 4s. Crossbreed an anteater with a bear, put a sword through its head, and there you go. You get this monster.
The monster moved at high speeds suddenly rushing at Avery while spinning like a wheel. Or like how the blue hair porcupine does. Anyway, Avery made a huge wall that was bigger than the monster out of rock, stopping the monster in its tracks! Then a spike was extended from the wall and stabbed the monster in the stomach with more and more spikes that grew from the wall.
"Good job Avery." Tsude clapped from the side with a smile. She rested under and beach umbrella in a neet white chair. And everyone else was sitting on the floor.
"So what did want to tell us now that training is over?" Osdy asked Tsude.
Tsude smiled, "How's about a break."
"Yes!" Angel raised his hand alone but spoke for all of them.
"Alright then." Tsude snapped her fingers and suddenly Cari, Julieta, and Kego were all standing in front of them covered with blood.
"Yo! Cari!" Angel happily called out.
"What just happened? Did I die for real?" Cari looked at the group confused.
Then Mars soon came next, "I didn't tell them yet." She let Tsude know.
"Oh, then let me explain, this is your break from training here...now you will be moving on." Tsude slipped in the moving on part.
"What are we going to do now?" Richard asked standing to his feet.
"We're sending you to a very famous royal's house," Mars told them with a straight face.
"Why?" Leslie raised her hand.
"Wait, bro can I just have like a seconded to catch up with all the homies before we do anything?" Cari sighed, "I just got back from nonstop war. I need a br-"
"Sorry, we can't do that. It's been ordered that you go ahead of everyone." Tsude told Cair.
"What!? WHY!? by who!?"
"....The man who sits the throne," Mars told Cari, with a stare like she was waiting for his reaction.
"Fuck him, no," Cari responded with those words and sat down.
"Sorry but you're going." Tsude waved then Cari disappeared.
"Woah! All he wanted was like sec to chill." Sors reacted.
"For some reason, Headmaster told us to follow these orders from the throne man himself. So we must." Mars filled them in.
"Why didn't you tell Cari that?" Richard was a bit suspicious of this.
"Also headmasters orders," Tsude responded with a poker face smile.
"That all happened so fast" Sors was super confused.
"Well, then when do we go?" Richard asked them.
"Now." She responded abruptly then they all appeared in a garden maze that was only up to the knees.
"W-what the hell? So much is happening can we slow down for a second." Osdy took a breath.
"Hi there." A man with short swooped to the side with red-ish pink hair. He was dressed like a western 1800s general.
The group just looked at him irritated from all the sudden changes.
"Woah now I'm friendly." The man raised his hands slightly to say he surrenders. "Do not worry your friend is in another castle. He is being taken care of."
"This hella shady." Richard thought to himself. but everybody had the same thought.
Meanwhile...
With a straight face, Cari hung by his hands, "This some bullshit." Cari was in a cell hung up by his hands with chains. It seemed to be those special chains. "Veritas, why am I here." Cari casually asked.
"It seems that the teleportation was intercepted," Veritas told him.
Cari wiggled angrily, "How the fuck do you intercept teleporting!?" Cari sighed and calmed down.
Then the sounds of footsteps closing in echoed in the hallway. Until the sounds stopped and a girl and two guards next to her stood in front of Cari's cell.
The girl had dark yellow hair with a female knight gear on.
"So you're my new plaything huh?" The girl spoke to Cari.
Cari turned his head left and right, "...Who? Me?"
"Who else you dirt skin." The girl sounded like she was trying to overpower Cari with her voice because he was trapped and at her mercy.
"Why am I here?" Cari just responded like there was nothing to worry about.
"I don't have to answer you. What type of master would I be if I just let you do whatever." The girl smiled big before a huge amount of bolts were sent from Cari's chains and fried him.
"AAAGH!" Cari roared in pain until the volts stopped, "...You know, you're starting to kinda piss me off." Cari's eye looked sharpened.
"Stop playing tough. They all start to like you. They resist and they are broken. All toys are the same." She shook her head to show sarcastic sadness.
"Still playing with toys at your age? You don't have any friends do yo-!" A shock came shooting out again stopping him in the middle of talking.
"One of the great weapons from the shrine. But yet can not even use the main elements. What a joke." She kept her smug look.
"The only joke here is your chest. You probably shouldn't stuff it soo obviously big." Cari grinned while smoking.
The girl's face dropped from the smug look, "Get all my stuff ready." The girl commanded the guards. They nodded and got on it, "You really should not have pissed of your god."
"God at sucking dick?" Cari almost completely passed out-snapped back.
She flung open Cari's cell and quickly slashed him across the chest with a sabre sword.
"...You...cut...like...a girl." Cari grinned with the strength he had left.
Meanwhile...
"This is where you all will be staying. Please wait here while I get everything sorted." The man told the group as he left them in a big room with a king-sized bed for all of them.
"Fuck is going on!?" Avery yelled.
"Why are we here again?" Sors asked.
"That's a good question," Julieta responded.
"That guy was weird bro," Richard added on.
"I was thinking the same," Angel agreed with Richard.
"Should we leave?" Leslie asked.
"Who's going to stop us?" Quaesitor asked cockily.
"We probably shouldn't do that," Osdy told them.
The door to the room opened again, The man was standing there, this time a cute little girl was clinging to the back of his gear. "Everyone this is my daughter."
They all waved awkwardly.
"Ok now down to business. I want my daughter to be around you all for a little while." The man told them.
They all looked at him confused.
"So my daughter does not get to talk to people outside a lot. It would be nice if you could stay for a little and hang out with her. I will pay you 5 times more than what you make at school"
They didn't really know what was going on right now so they just flowed with the motion for now. and said, sure.
"Wonderful. Bonding starts tomorrow. Feel free to look around." The man happily walked out with his daughter.
"It's crazy how fast life can change." Richard thought to himself.
"So what's next?" Sors asked.
"Sleep. we've been training without rest for like 3 days." Angel told her as he sunk into his bed.
Everybody just looked at each other than agreed. Leave tomorrow's problems for tomorrow as they say.
Things for Cari on the other hand were bad.
"That's enough for today," The girl flung the blood off her whip while turning to leave the cell. "I'll be back~" She happily walked away. Leaving Cari covered in cuts and burns.
"...This blows...hey Veritas, is there anyway you can help me out?" Cari thought in his head.
"Sorry but even if I somehow could give you Qompo, at this level, the chains would stop it." She sadly told him.
"It's fine...I wonder what the group is doing, or why I'm here. Not just in this cell, but in this world. I can't even use Qompo right?" Feeling exhausted Cari slowly fainted.
"Hey wake up!" A girl's voice happily yelled as boiling water was tossed onto Cari to wake him up.
"UGH! What the fuck tramp!" Cari's skin boiled more than he did. "I was sleeping for like a seconded!"
"It's the next day you dumbass." She hissed.
"Really, oh fuck." Cari didn't like losing track of time, "What is your problem with me woman?"
The girl looked like she had been waiting for that question, "A hero sent from the other world but one weapon does not act as it should. You want to guess who that weapon is?" She put her finger on Cari's boiled chest. "You, the king has no purpose for you. You are a defect in the story." She smiled big, "In other words, it does not matter what happens to you. And I can't pass up having such a rare object."
"So the kingdom being some hoes. Pussy ass fuck weirdo-" A fist dug into Cari's gut making him spit up blood! The girl, who was the one that delivered the punch, pulled her fist back and grabbed Cari by the hair.
"You are mine." She laughed then let go, "I'll be back later." She waved and locked his cell back and walked off.
"...What a bitch..." Cari muttered to himself.
"Um, hello?" A soft warm woman's voice called out.
"The hell? Is someone there?" Cari responded.
"Oh, there is another!" the woman sounds happy like it had been years since she had a conversation. "I get really lonely being down here by myself." The woman in the cell next to Cari's seemed to be friendly.
"How long have you been here?" Cari asked the woman.
"I can't really remember." The woman sadly laughed off, "I know that there is something out there waiting for me though. Something that loves me. That's why I'm still kicking down here."
"Sounds sad. My friends are probably worried about me. I don't really know how I got here. There is so much happening at a time I can barely keep up." Cari took a deep breath, "So you plan to find this 'something' when you get outta here right?"
"That's the plan, I hope whoever it loves me."
"...What's your name?" Cari asked.
"I don't know my real name, but my master calls me Crep."
"My name is Cari, I hope we both see the day we make it out of here."
Meanwhile...
The FBIWC were waking up and just finished putting on their clothes.
"Hello everybody." The man enters with his daughter, "Yesterday I noticed I did not say my name or hers. My name is Solis. And this is my daughter Luna. No need to tell us yours we already know."
"Now starting off today I just want you to simply spend time with my daughter like siblings. Say hi." Solis stepped out of the way of his daughter.
Unsteadily nervous she says "Hi" and bows.
They all weirdly waved back.
"Here's a list of things she wants to do. Have fun~."Smiling, Solis handed Richard a list then waved and left her in there.
"The first thing says play catch."Richard reads out loud.
"That's easy enough." Angel nodded.
A few minutes later outside on some grass.
"Alright try to catch it." Angel gently threw a red ball to the 7-year-old girl.
She huffed as she weirdly clapped her hands together in an attempt to catch the ball. But sadly missing.
"Stupid child." Richard giggled to himself.
"That was close!" Osdy tried to hype her up.
"You got it next time!" Sors whooped.
Luna nodded looking more focused and determined she got ready to try again.
"Seconded try," Angel said then tossed the ball to her. She focused and stared at the ball move through the air.
She waited...then boom! the slams her arms together and catches it!
"Whoo!" Sors jumped in the air.
Luna smiled and jumped up and down with the ball, "I did it!" she blurted.
"You can talk?" Quaesitor asked while trying to ruin the moment.
She immediately shut her mouth and stopped jumping happily.
Everyone in the group looked at him with an angry stare. Quaesitor backed down and took a step back.
"Good, now throw it back." Angel held out his arms.
Her head snapped back to looking at Angel then she nodded. Sloppily she tossed it to Angel. He caught it before it hit the ground, which was a start.
"Next time will be better," Angel told her than through the ball back to her.
"She is so cute!" Sors squeaked.
"This child does indeed need to be under my protection." Julieta was basically agreeing.
"Angel let me try!" Sors kicked Angel in the face and snatch the ball out of his hand before he went flying 6 feet. "Let's play!" Sors told her.
Luna gasps and then ran over to Angel who was laid out in the grass. "Umm, are you ok?" She kneeled next to Angel.
"Yeah, I'm fine." Angel wiped the blood from his mouth and sat up. "We go through way more all the time."
"Hey!" Sors energetically happy appeared behind Luna.
Luna quickly hid behind Angel.
"Uh!? What no! I'm not scary." Sors calmed down.
Luna peeked from behind Angel.
"How dare you be scared of my sister!" Quaesitor energy shot up.
"Ay yo chill!" Avery tried to calm him down.
"Screw you!-" Quaesitor's words were cut short as he felt a blade press against his neck.
"Move another step near her, and I'll end your life where you stand." Julieta held her sword up with one arm and was still looking at Luna.
Sors was still distracted trying to get Luna to like her.
"I know my face is scary but trust me I'm nice," Sors spoke in the nicest tone she ever had.
Luna peaked her head out more, "Your face is not scary. Dad always said to accept some based on action."
When Luna said that Sors finally got it, first impressions! "I see. So let's start over, I'm Sors." The energy coming off Sors was warm and so nice, It made everybody start to sit down and relax.
Leslie was drawing art on some paper she asked for the whole time.
"Nice to meet you, I'm Luna" Luna raised her long dress and bowed a little.
"Can I play catch with you?" Sors asked nicely.
"umm...sure." Luna nodded then stepped away from Angel to play catch.
Sors seemed very happy about this.
Kego this whole time had not said a word to a single person since they got there. He was leaning against a tree sitting by himself. "Why do I have this feeling something is off?" Kego wondered to himself.
Meanwhile...
"Why do I feel like something is missing." Cari thought out loud in his cell.
"Hmm? Did you say something?" Crep asked him.
"Yeah, I was just thinking something feels off. Like I'm missing something. Like the world is missing someone." Cari starts to think hard.
"...This place seems to have that effect. It makes you forget. You can try to remember but..."
"It's alright. I'll remember when we get out of here." Cari tried his best to sound happy. "If I can't find a way, my friends will."
"Hivor." Veritas only said that word and Cari snapped.
"That's right! Hivor! I didn't see him when I was brought to Tsude. Where the hell did he go?" Cari asked Veritas out loud.
"It seems that he went missing in training. I think there is some type of memory manipulation going on here." Veritas alarmed Cari.
"So that's what it is. So those two, Mars and Tsude have something to do with this. I'm 90% sure." Cari looked pissed. "I'm not a big fan of having my mind played with." A grin spread across his face.
"Are you ok in there? Who are you talking to?" Crep seemed worried.
"Oh, it's no problem. I just figured out who was missing." Cari laughed. "My strength has been hard to get back while being constantly hurt. But If i..." Cari was starting to think of a plan.
