As the two men follow inside, they can see a giant map covering an entire side of the walls of the room. The map itself is covered in many pins, most of them being green and some of them are yellow, as well as a few red ones. In front of the map is a couple of couches facing each other with a table in the middle. On each corner, there's a plant pot. There's also another pair of chairs with a table near the window looking outward towards the streets. The two men then sat down next to each other on the right couch as the woman picks up a pointer.
"Since you didn't get any news about this, I'll keep it simple and quick for you, Axel," the woman said as she points at a location on the map. That point is somewhere between a green pin and a yellow pin.
"Our top priority request is here, District 4, Northern part of the City. Only 3 districts away from us. There's no specification as to what we'll face there so be careful," She said as she stares back at the two men sitting on the couch.
The two of them stare deeply at the map before Axel raises his hand and asked, "Wait, Mirin, you said that they request everyone in our office? Does that mean that Wyatt will also come? If so, who'll take care of my kid when we're gone?" He asked in an anxious tone.
Mirin then gives a calm smile as she replied, "Don't worry about that, an acquaintance of mine said that he'll protect and take care of your kid," she said in a more reassuring tone as she tried to reassure him.
Axel still feels anxious and unsure about Mirin's suggestion but then, Fulario tapped his shoulder as he said, "Young Axel, I know that you're worried, but please rest assure and believe Young Mirin's words," hearing those words, Axel felt a little more relaxed.
Although he still feels anxious and worried he decided to believe her words and trust her, "Alright, Mirin. I'll trust you on this one."
Mirin gives a smug look, "Don't worry, I'll take full responsibilities if anything were to happen to your kid."
Fulario then asked, "So, what will we use to travel to that location exactly, young Mirin?"
Mirin then looks at Fulario and answered, "Oh, we'll be using the ShadoWarp. Any objections or any other questions?"
Both Fulario and Axel shakes their head and answered in unison, "No"
"Alright then. Axel, you should call Wyatt and your kid here while we wait for my acquaintance," Mirin said suggestively. Axel gave a nod and then walks outside of the room, heading upstairs. Mirin then looks at Fulario, "Old man Fulario, how about we prepare the equipment that we'll need to bring? We should always prepare for the worse."
Fulario gave a slight nod as he replied without hesitation, "Understood. I shall do exactly that."
Meanwhile, Axel went upstairs where there is another hallway with a door on each side of the hallway and another door at the end of the hallway. He notices that the door on the right side of the hallway is slightly opened. As he approaches it, he hears a giggling sound of a little kid. He pushes the door slightly open and then sees that Wyatt is on the floor on his stomach and his kid is pulling on Wyatt's hair. "Hey, can you stop that...?" Wyatt asked in a tired tone. The kid seems to be around the age of 11, she has grey hair that covers her shoulder. She wears a white-colored t-shirt and brown pants.
"You seem to be having fun there, Wyatt. Do you need help?" Axel asked in a mocking tone as he leans on the doorframe looking at the seemingly tired Wyatt.
"Don't just stand there and look as if there's nothing wrong here... Come pick up your kid. I swear she's gonna make me go bald one day if this keeps up," Wyatt said as his hair is still being pulled by Axel's kid.
Axel lets out a small chuckle as he walks towards his kid and picks her up. "That's enough playing with uncle Wyatt now, Sophie," he said as he picks up Sophie from the ground.
"B-but I still want to play with uncle Wyatt," She said, as she begs Axel to let her play more with Wyatt.
"Don't be silly, you'll make uncle Wyatt bald if you keep on pulling on his hair," He said as he holds Sophie in his arm as he backs away from Wyatt. Hearing this, Sophie made a sad face as she accepts the fact that she can't play anymore. As soon as Axel starts to backs away, Wyatt then rises to his feet.
Looking at Axel and his kid, he made a deep sigh as he asked Axel, "So? What kind of request are we handling this time around?"
Axel looked at Wyatt with concern and replied "Mirin said that we're going to District 4, Northern part of the City and she said that they needed all of us, which means that you'll also be going. This means that I'll have to leave Sophie to Mirin's acquaintance. I'm just worried about how Mirin's acquaintance will take care of Sophie" He said as he made an anxious and uneasy face.
Upon hearing those words, Wyatt walks up to him and holds his shoulder, "Don't worry, you can trust Mirin. She never broke her promise. Just trust her on this one, ok?" he said in a calming tone.
Axel shakes his head as he replied, "You're right, I should trust her on this one." After a brief moment of silence, they heard a knocking on the door frame. As they both looked at who it is, they saw that it is Mirin.
"Sorry to interrupt you guys but I just want to tell you that we're ready to go. Old man Fulario is waiting downstairs and my acquaintance has arrived here." Mirin then walks away from the door and headed downstairs.
"So, then. Shall we follow her as well?" Wyatt asked as he looked back at Axel while waiting for his response.
He then replied, "Yeah, let's get ready." and so, they both went downstairs to meet up with the others.
