PRINCE FISH (2)
Kaleigh was now standing in front of the lake. The other four was staring at the back of Kaleigh and was waiting for his next step. Kaleigh felt the pressure that the four was expecting him to do in front of the lake.
"So? What are we gonna do?" Stalane impatiently asked.
Kaleigh looked back to see Stalane. He then answered. "Let's swim"
He dived under the lake which surprised them.
Syton, Stalane, Blaze,and Kerin looked at each other, contemplating if they should follow him.
It was Syton, who was brave enough to jump down after Kaleigh. Stalane then followed. With no other choice, Blaze and Kerin also mustered some courage to follow them.
Kaleigh was satisfied when they followed him down the water. He swam deeper and led the party towards where the prince fish is located at.
When they were above the lake, they thought that the lake was not that deep. But when they dive down, they realized that the lake feels like its an ocean instead.
Few minutes later, they were having a hard time holding their breath except for Kaleigh.
Stalane tugged Kaleigh's shirt to get his attention. When Kaleigh looked at her, she gave him a look that was asking if its still far enough. That's when Kaleigh realized, she's having a hard to breathe.
Kaleigh poked her forehead, which just made Stalane frown.
"Breathe. Did I forgot to tell you that you can breathe here?" he spoke which surprised all of them.
After what Kaleigh said, all four of them tried to breathe. Indeed, they could breathe air even when they're under water!
"How is that possible? No, wait! Why didn't you tell us earlier?!" Syton asked.
Kaleigh avoided Syton's eyes, so he just looked forward instead.
"Not everyone could enter Astro's Labyrinth unless Astro permits it. Even if someone enters it, it could count as trespassing. Only strong people could trespass, but that doesn't mean Astro will sit by and just watch. That's why some people could not get out alive once they set their foot inside the Astro's Labyrinth. Some manage to trespass without getting the attention of Astro, and some of them was let to live because Astro was just too lazy to do anything with them. It depends on Astro's whim.
Anyway, it seems that Astro let you to enter this place. It may be that it's only a temporary pass or Astro just took a liking to you.
Nevertheless, Astro already gave permission for you to enter so Astro's is also giving you access what's beneath the lake. It may be because there's really nothing special under here so it's not that well guarded." Kaleigh explained.
"Are you saying, you got its permission too?" Stalane asked Kaleigh back.
But Kaleigh didn't directly answered her question.
"You don't necessarily have to gain a permission to enter this place."
Kerin got confused so he can't help but to interrupt. "You're not making any sense? You just told us that you need permission from Astro to get in?"
"He also told us that strong people could trespass." Blaze answered Kerin's question instead.
"In the first place, we don't even know if we really got Astro's permission, or we trespass the place and was letting us free because of its whim." Syton added.
Kaleigh was proud to see how Syton easily caught up with what he said.
"Anyway, the reason that we could breathe underwater whether you are considered as a braver that got permission by Astro or a trespassers, it still doesn't change the fact that Astro gave you access to swim and breathe in here." Kaleigh continued.
Others may not notice it, but Stalane definitely did. From the way Kaleigh construct his words, she become suspicious of it.
But there's one thing for sure.
He is hiding something.
Kaleigh noticed the stare that was coming from Stalane. When he saw Stalane's eyes, he knew that she learned something.
Kaleigh wouldn't say that he was not surprised. Although he expected that Syton would notice it first. But it seems that Stalane was keener instead.
It doesn't matter anyway who learn it first. From the very beginning, Kaleigh knew he wouldn't be able to hide everything from Syton and Stalane, considering on who they are.
But, now is not the right time...
Fortunately, Stalane didn't asked him anything. It seems that Stalane wanted to observe him for a while first.
Kaleigh was worried that Stalane was doubting him in a bad way. But, it can't be helped.
Syton was slightly pissed off when he saw how Kaleigh and Stalane was staring at each other.
"Hey, Kaleigh? What are you doing? Lead us to where the prince fish is! We are wasting time" Syton said as he waved his hands in front of his face, trying to get his attention.
Kaleigh got startled. He coughed once before leading them once again towards the place where the prince fishes were.

At last, they finally arrived where the competition between Kaleigh and Syton will begin.
"Is this it?" Syton asked as he looked at the unfinished castle in front of them.
Kaleigh gave a small smirk. "It's a prince after all."
"So? How are we gonna catch the fish?" Syton said as he puts his hand on his waist.
Stalane, Blaze and Kerin all looked at Kaleigh. They waited for his explanation.
"Most of the prince fish love to live inside these kinds of places, like this unfinished castle. But that doesn't mean that there's no prince fish outside of this. In our case, it'll be easier to find the prince fish here.
There are a lot more unfinished or abandoned castle here. All of them have a barrier or traps. Of course, those traps could also be used against them. In the first place, these castles are not meant for them.
Inside the castle, there'll be a maze, a tower which fires some spells or enables a trap, a codes or riddles that will serve as some sort of a key, etc.
We still don't know what kind of a castle it is and what kind of traps are laying inside.
So just like what we've already agreed on, Stalane and I will go in first. Once we enter the castle, you could start the timer. We'll contact you, once we caught the fish. After that, you three may enter. Your goal is to defeat how fast we caught the prince fish.
We'll also make sure that there is a prince fish for you to catch. If there's only one prince fish in this whole castle, then we will set the prince fish free once we caught it so you guys can catch it next." Kaleigh explained thoroughly.
