8 BRAVER'S MAIN QUEST
If Aflavior town is the place where most of the warrior class stays in, then Iteria town is the place where most healer class resides in.
Syton has been traveling for almost 5 hours already. Sometimes he was forced to face some monsters also known as dera in Lyrion, the languange in the world Leouve.
After slashing down the last 2H Vuntrel, he wearily sat to the ground. A Vuntrel is another kind of dera and a sister type of a Runtle. It is a tree-like monster who's covered with vines and could change its form depending on it's attack style.
"I could build up my other stats but my stamina is still low! Argh! This is so exhausting!" he complained.
He looked up at the sky, it was already a sunny afternoon and yet the heat doesn't really bother him that much. The heat that the sun emits is not that irritating unlike when he was still on Earth.
"I better get going" he convinced himself as he stands back up. He brushed off the dirt that got caught up on his clothes.
"Ah! I should save up for an armor next. I keep forgetting about it" He whispered to himself as he remembered something.
As he was contemplating on how we should budget his Gou for the armors, he heard a loud "bang!". He looked at the direction of the sound and he noticed that some dark clouds are gathering on that area.
"Should I go in there?" He asked himself when he got curious. After some seconds, he shook his head. "Nah, it's too dangerous. As the saying says, curiosity kills the cat"
At the place where the loud sound came from and where dark clouds gathered, Stalane was there facing of with 8 bravers.
Stalane slashed down the Runtle, a dera that looks like a tree's trunk with an eyes of a cyclops and a horn of a unicorn, but she noticed that another one was coming towards her. She jumped backwards to avoid its attack.
She clicked her tongue in annoyance when it managed to cut a small wound on her arm. "This is irritating" she said as she fiercely looked at the 8 individuals, especially to the summoner.
"What do you guys want?!" She angrily asked.
A girl with a short hair answered who's assisting the summoner as an enchanter, "Simple, we want you"
"Me?"
"Some pieces of your body to be exact" a guy with a piercing on his nose said.
Stalane furrowed her brows as she thinks the reason why. There's nothing special with her body and she also doesn't remember making an enemy, so she doesn't understands why those guys are targeting her.
Or is it these guys are just retarded like the people on Earth?
She asked another question, "What for?"
"For our quest, what else?!" Another girl answered in impolite manner.
"Subquest? I didn't know that there's a subquest like these----" Stalane was interrupted by another girl with eye glasses.
"Are you stupid? Of course, it's for our main quest! Do you think there's a subquest that requires killing another braver?!"
Stalane eyes went wide in surprise. For main quest? The 8 of them had the same quests? Main quests are these cruel?
When the 8 bravers noticed that Stalane was distracted, they decided to attack again. The guy who has a piercing on his nose shoots Stalane with his gun. The others summons some Dera and different attack spells.
These bunch of weapon and mage class tactically ambushed Stalane and drove her into corner. The 8 of them almost thought that they had her but they was shocked to see that she suddenly nowhere to be found!
"Look for that girl!" One summoner ordered to the deras she summoned.
Stalane who was at the top of the tree was frowning. "I want to kill them so badly!" Stalane clenched her fist to suppress her bloodlust.
She slapped herself with her both hands to wake herself up. "I shouldn't. That annoying Kaleigh might show up to me again"
With Stalane hunter's eyesight, she saw Syton from the distance who was approaching the area where they are. She blinked twice to confirm if she was seeing right.
"What's he doing here?" She asked in a low voice.
"Your pets haven't found that girl yet, Oreen?!" Stalane heard one of the 8 bravers asked below her.
"Tch. Jane don't you have any spirits that could track that girl? Oreen's dera are useless!" The guy continued.
"Damn! If he continue going this way, these guys might target him next!" Stalane realized as she ran through the trees towards where Syton is.
Right after Stalane moved, the 8 bravers also found out where she was. "There she is!" The girl named Jane pointed at Stalane.
On the other hand, Syton who refused to listen to his own advice still decided to went to where the dark clouds resides. But as he was approaching the place, he felt the 8 braver's presence and the danger that lurks around them.
"Run if you can't fight" A voice said that made Syton jumped.
Syton then noticed Stalane that was already behind him and was running away. "What the?!" He was still in shock when he bumped into Stalane but what made him more confused was when he saw her running away.
After some minutes, he noticed a group of people running towards him. It was the 8 presence that he felt and he was sure that these 8 people will only bring bad news.
That's why, even though he was confused he still followed where Stalane went. With his current stats, he could now match up with Stalane current speed. Syton knows that Stalane was not running at her full speed and he was grateful since he could catch up with her through this.
Stalane glanced at him for a minute, "You got faster?"
"Aren't I great?" Syton smirked. After that he returned to being serious, "Do you want me to get rid of them for you? I could do that"
Stalane raised her brows as if doubting him. "Oh? Why don't you try then?"
Syton just smiled as if he was bragging. "Then, meet me up at the east that is 5 km away from here. I'll deal with these guys. Of course, this is not for free"
Before Stalane could even give her reply, Syton already ran towards the opposite direction. It looked like Syton decided to face the 8 bravers head on.
