A knock on the door wakes me up.
I ignore it.
The knocking gets louder, and now this time, I hear someone shouting.
"Wake up! wake up!"
With visible frustration, I get up and open the door.
The door opens, I see my little sister.
"What do you want! I'm trying to sleep here."
"I just came here to ask you if you could lend me ¥1000."
"¥1000 for what? and why me, why don't you go ask mom,"
"I did ask mom, but she didn't give me any"
"Ughh... ok fine here ¥2000 now get out! don't bother me."'
"I know I could count on you, brother."
Siblings are a curse, notably little sisters.
My sister Aoi is currently in middle school and will be moving up to high school next year. She's been nothing but a pain in the ass ever since we were kids. All she did was get me in trouble and annoy me, but still, somehow, she's mom and dad's favorite.
Oh crap, I lost track of time. I need to go to school today.
Finally, I made it somehow, but I'm exhausted. I still need to go into class. Ugh, this is such a pain. I need to hurry. I can hear the teacher checking the attendance.
"Alright, next is Tanaka... Tanaka, are you there?"
*Door slams open
"I'm here!"
*Breathes heavily
"Uhm... you can go take your seat now."
As I take a seat, I look at Taki, laughing at me. If he sat next to me, he'd probably be teasing me the entire period.
School ends. Ugh, it's raining again today, and I don't have my umbrella all because I gave my umbrella to that random girl yesterday. Guess I need to buy a new one. In the meantime, I'm just going to use my bag as a cover.
Ahh, now where is that umbrella shop again. Oh, there it is. Let me check how much I have. Only ¥150!? Oh yeah, I gave ¥2000 to Aoi this morning, dammit why did I even give her that much. I'm just going to wait it out at this bus stop.
It's already 5:00 PM, why isn't the rain getting weaker. I've been waiting for hours now.
Suddenly at the corner of my eye, someone is handing me an umbrella. I look at the umbrella closer, wait! this is my umbrella! I raise my head to see who this person is, and yes, you guessed it right, it was the girl from yesterday. She had long silky chestnut-colored hair with shining aqua-colored eyes. She handed me the umbrella.
"Here, thanks for letting me borrow it yesterday," she said sweetly.
